Took two weeks for a refund but they wouldnt refund me the £5 delivery charge even though i paid for them to send me faulty clothes and i didn't get the return postage back either! Absolutely waste of money and time. Poor quality, this hole was so noticeable they clearly don't respect their customers”

“I posted a 5 star review 3 weeks ago. I did state, however, that I was still leery about ordering from them again. Nearly every rating / review site gives them poor ratings.
There's a reason, and I wish I had stopped at that first order.
I ordered from them the other night and used the 50% discount code for that evening. When I checked out, the total did not keep the discount.
I contacted them within a minute of my purchase.
Three different reps insisted I never entered the code. All three refused any compensation, claiming nothing could be done, but they felt bad for the situation (???).
One even told me how to apply the code. DEH? If I say I did it, don't insist I didn't.
It makes me concerned now whether I'll be satisfied with this shipment.
Yeah... so, never again.”
