“I have ordered a couple of items from boohoo now. The recent order I liked from a picture on the website. The dress didn't fit but the belt I got was massive but the models was petite and fitted her waist. Mine doesn't fit my hip. Fast delivery and good returns.”
“First time I have used Boohoo. The sizing was inconsistent and the quality was poor. I was unable to print a Returns label as their system said my order number or email was wrong. They were both correct so I emailed Boohoo (no customer service number available as the "do not welcome callers".) They replied but I don't think they read my email because they said I should enter the order number that is on the Delivery note and my email... D'oh and If I am unable to print it then I would have to pay the return costs. Bit of cheek as the problem is with them. I've emailed them again so will be interested to see what happens. I've had to email them 3 times so far over this. Bit useless really. Won't be using them again”

“Boohoo emailed me with a 15% discount code to use before midnight that night. After spending a considerable amount of time trawling through not the best site to use I got to checkout stage about 11.05pm to be told the code had expired! Funny I thought 11pm was before midnight. I contacted boohoo customer service to be told they didn't know why it didn't work but never mind I could try next time they have a discount code! What a complete waste of time. They also suggested that I'd tried to enter 2 codes, I hadn't and that I had sale items in my basket, I didn't. Appalling customer service to not even try to offer an explanation or a courtesy replacement code and to try and suggest it was my fault. Dishonest, deceitful and false advertising. Guess they thought customers were stupid enough to be lured in with a false offer and just put up with it.”
“Boohoo is a cheap site and has good clothes and I have been their loyal customer for years. However, I have had a problem with my parcel getting lost and their customer service team is a disgrace. I have been made to feel as if I have done something wrong and yet I am the victim here. They have taken my money and I have no parcel and they are ignoring me when I ask for a refund. I have never had to deal with such rude and ignorant customer services in all my life. I shall not be shopping with them anymore. I can't believe how I have been treat.”

“ok so ive made 2 purchases so far, the first purchase was ok got it within a week second purchase hadnt received yet due to ordering on tuesday and today is thursday my beef is that you dont have a actual way of contacting them unless its through twitter, there isnt a phone number at all and the email system doesnt work.... soooo clothing and prices gets a 5 customer outreach gets a zero due not having a phone number but once you get through to them on twitter they are very very helpful . NOW the next thing is i recently order order something for my baby brother and my order was cancelled due to security reasons only thing i can think only was the shipping addresses didnt match but of course it wouldnt due to i no longer stay with my parents.”
“This company will charge you $15 for express 3 day delivery and it will still take a minimum of a week to receive your order and their tracking system is terrible. The excuse will be that there was a delay (each time because it has happened to me twice now). There is no real way of knowing when your items will come. I reached out via their chat system and was told my clothes have been held up at customs and may take an additional 3 days to arrive. I need them tomorrow, I ordered them a week ago and paid to have them in 3 days.”

“Never ever I´m gonna order from that page again. I received and incorrect item in the beginning of may 2016, did receive the refund after few emails, but the refund of my shipping fees, which I have legal claim on according to their policy, never came. I´m still trying to get my money back, but unfortunately still have not received a positive message. The customer service is just awful, unhelpful and stupid, not able to get any reasonable answer from them.

“I feel the quality of the clothes just doesn't cut it. I bought a dress from Boohoo and after one wear the lace had laddered and the straps were hanging on by a thread. The dress was priced reasonably so I thought it would have been made better considering I paid £18.
I thought this may have been a one off, so I purchased a T-shirt for my boyfriend. The print on it immediately started to appear as if it was peeling off or had been cut with scissors, as it has cracks and slashes in it. I thought with the T-shirt being priced at £12, it was going to at least be made well, but after one wear it already looked like it'd been dragged through a hedge.

“Order sent to another state and lost! Customer service was extremely unresponsive, so several items were out of stock by the time we finally got to talk to someone. Promised 2 day shipping of the replacement items they had and then that was rescinded. Shipping and customer service departments completely incompetent. Don’t bother trying to call anyone there – they won’t address customer service issues anywhere but online – and they’ll address them BADLY!”
“An issue on their website caused 6 of the same products to be charged and delivered to me by mistake. I then had to buy ink for my printer to print the returns labels for all products. The initial order mishap cost me 124.46. I was refunded for the prodicts and not the delivery (which was through no fault of my own). All together, the delivery has cost me 19.96!!!! That is more than 3 of the orders cost individually anyway!
Scared it will happen again! I don't have £20 to give to boohoo!!”
