Stop supporting this fraudulent company and they will get shut down..the tracking number they give is bogus as hell..they don't respond to emails I'm afraid my package is lost because tracking has not been updated since Friday and it's now Tuesday. .it's been 9 days still no package no update on tracking..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Please stop buying from boohoo. It isn't fair that their company is still on going when they don't know how to do business properly. Don't support boohoo. It's been a month since I ordered from them and I STILL DONT HAVE MY THINGS. Ordering from this company is a RISK. It may or may not reach your expectation. But from most of what I read, the reviews are bad. Don't get from this site. Their customer service sucks and it will just leave you frustrated.

The items I ordered were great, however, the issue I have is with their customer service! I paid to get precise delivery so it couldn't be delivered when I got home from work. They delivered it 3 hours early and left it with a neighbour. Emailed to complain (so annoying that you cannot call) and the dpd delivery driver has lied on his paperwork stating that it was delivered at the time he was booked to deliver (16:35)when my paper copy of 'attempted delivery' clearly shows 13:35. Boohoo are claiming that I am lying, despite emailing them a photo of the note!!! In the middle of an email battle. The absolute worst customer service!!!!!

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could rate them least then one star I would, they deserve all the negatives possible. By far one of the worst companies I've ever shopped from and I'm just sad that I didn't see more reviews before hand. I trusted too many youtubers and I regret it, they only care about the people promoting their brand. Well, I'm going to be leaving this message on every YouTube review and every review site I can find. This was my first and last time shopping from here and I'm encouraging all my friends and family not to shop here either. I really hope this company gets shut down. I spent over $100 on cyber Monday which was November 28th, and I paid extra money to have my clothes within 6 business days. It is now December 12th and still nothing. Tracking is awful and doesn't work half the time, I was told I'd get my stuff on the 3rd, then the 7th, then the 12th, and now they are saying the 16th. I tried contacting customer service but just got automated responses. This is honestly the worst company ever, and I just want a refund for the shipping and the damn clothes that I still do not have. Btw, if you want a refund you have to pay money to ship it back. Can't say anything on the quality obviously because I still don't have my stuff. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Seriously if you are considering it just don't.

Ordered coat poorly made, hole in pocket, threads not cut, fur round collar itchy and smelled chemically emailed to say i was not happy and they just said return it so i await a refund. Cant believe the price though it 45 after discount but certainly not worth 65 at full price discraceful they can sell crap like this.

Worst customer service of any company I've ever used. Didn't receive my order and after chasing it for 3 days, I was given a refund without asking for one as it was now apparently out of stock! Never again!

One thing: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I don't know how this company can be allowed to sell anything. I ordered a dress on a next day delivery but haven't received anything and you can't get any support as customer service is not helping at all. My bank account has been charged of course. This has been done quickly! It is simply theft! I will definitely report them as it is simply not acceptable. They gave me a tracking number that is not working. I am even wondering if they actually sent anything. Also, you can't call them, you can contact them only by email, facebook or twitter wich is also unacceptable. How is that allowed? They dont reply or when they do, it is to tell you to send a private message even when you have already done it 2,3, 4 times and didn't get any reply! I will definitely report them and even use the Ombudsman association if I have to. For your own sake, please trust bad reviews it is VERY bad.

I ordered 9 items from them, only one arrived, the others are missing, no tracking update, no response from customer service and I still don't have my items. Their twitter customer service has hundreds of complaints from people with the same issues. They are a scam. The discounts are great because they are scammers. Don't ever buy here evvveeer

Absolute rubbish!! Didn't receive my order spent 3 days tryin to contact them they promise call backs and never call you. Sent my items again and received them the next day. They weren't great so wanted to return only to find you have to download and print a returns label!!! I have never heard of this they normally come with the package for easy returns. But instead I have to find a place that will print this for me as I don't have a printer. Stupid company won't be buying from them again worst customer service I've come across just utter rubbish

this is the second time i have had issues with this firm. first time was last year when i ordered a dress with next day delivery, only to receive the dress almost 2 weeks later after complaining so much. this year i ordered a jumper again with next day delivery 5 days later i received my parcel and this is only due to me ringing the DX head office to find out what had happened. Turns out boohoo didnt provide the full address to the DX company only the post code so my parce was undeliverable. i complained on the facebook page several times and subsequently i was blocked!! I am never shopping with this company again as i think the customer service staff they use are an absolute joke, so rude! how can you ignore paying customers when they complain and then block them but they're happy to take your money! A word of warning to anyone even considering ordering from this form.........DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot tell you how happy I am with this company. Have been ordering for about 6 years now, and not one problem, bar the fact that sometimes I just don't suit the dress/top/pants, etc, so I just send them back. Delivery is 7 to 9 days but I live in Aus and that's a long way from the UK so fair call. They have great sales off, with 30, 40 and even 50% off which I always take advantage of and an amazing large range to choose from . All my clothes now are bought from Boohoo.

i pay for premier, which is next day delivery, they never come on time. the clothes are very thin poor quality & the customer service is horrendous

The return label won't print with a bar code on it. Their returns policy states I have to pay for it myself if this happens. It happens every time so I have concluded that Boohoo do not do free returns like all the other online retailers. I feel like I have been scammed.

I ordered a pair of boots a size 8 to be exact, when i got my confirmation email, it said a US size2 . That is not what i ordered, i ordered a 8.I quickly sent them an email asking them to please send me the right size and that a US size 2 does not exist!. I did not receive a reply back till 48 hours later and their policy clearly says 24 hours to receive a reply. My order had not shipped and i was hoping they put a hold on my order. I received a reply 48 hours later asking me to verify my information. My order number was clearly the subject of my email. Well my order shipped and from the email i got, boohoo sent the wrong size. Lets not add the fact i didn't get free shipping . Boohoo's customer service is such joke. I am so disappointed , now i have to go through the year long hassle of returning the boots back to boohoo. (Yes it takes what feels like a year to return items to boohoo).

I ordered something and it hasn't been delivered to me although I received an email saying it has. I paid a lot for my package I don't know how you people deal with that . I doubt I'll order from boohoo again if I can't really trust it

Received my parcel look in side an the cardigan that I ordered was miss shaped wasn't what I expected really bad material an I spent a lot to its safe to say I will never be buying from boohoo again
