“Disappointed that unlike other online companies they do not include a returns label,as i have have no way of printing one i contacted them to send me one as i wanted to exchange items that didn't fit.they said they can't send a label,my only option is a handwritten one for which i would need to pay postage at post office.Shame as the clothes are nice but postage hassle means I won't place further orders with them”

I have placed a last minute order with Boohoo as I was in all day the following day.
I have found my parcel in the back yard, thrown by Hermes passed over the neighbour’s garden to land at ours.
We have a big Malamute in the garden and he has ripped the parcel into pieces and dragged my clothes in mud and dog poo.
I have sent photos of the card left by Hermes and the condition of the parcel and the clothes and they want me to return it for a refund.
IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO EVEN TOUCH THOSE CLOTHES AND SECURE IT TO POST THEM BACK. MY PARCEL AND MY CLOTHES ARE COVERED IN DOG POO!
I refuse to wash it for a return or even touch them. And I repeatedly get a response form CS to return them back. They can arrange a collection and the courier can wrap it themselves.

“Although the cost of my goods were reasonable when I ordered 2 garments off the website they looked lovely and stylish prefect for a night out. But when they arrived I was horrified to receive poor quality goods. The trousers had an elasticated waist and the hem was stitched with cotton that clearly visible and looked terrible. On both garments the boo hoo label was sewn in and you could see the stitching on the outside. I was recommend Boo hoo as I had been told the clothes were good quality at a reasonable cost. This was not my experience I will not be ordering again.”
“Ordered my daughter some pyjamas for Christmas, carefully checked the size chart which stated that a medium would fit UK size 12. My daughter tried on the pyjamas on Christmas day but sadly the they were too small. Unfortunately I was outside of Boohoos timescale for returns (I like to start shopping a little early for Christmas as the budget doesn't allow for one huge blow out near the day), anyway, I guess that was my fault for being so organised. Not wanting to get stuck with said nightwear I sold them on to a friend who is 5'3 and a size 8. They came back a few days later because the top was too small to fit her tiny frame. Highly unlikely I will ever shop with this company again if they can get sizing so badly wrong. Prefer not to deal with the hassle of returns if I can avoid it.”
“Parcels arrived promptly (a free next day delivery offer). However, that was the only positive. I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas, items were not particularly good quality. As they were for Christmas I overran the 14 day return period. The garments were a very poor fit. Boohoo were completely inflexible and would not even give a credit note. To sum up, poor quality, poor fit, no Christmas return policy. I shall not order from Boohoo again.”

“Ordered a pair of izzy boyfriend jeans with next day delivery. They came and looked nothing at all like the picture, the image on there webpage showed several grazes and rips and one large hole on one leg. The jeans I received had two holes in one leg and a 'L' shaped large rip in the other. The only similarity to the webpage image was the actual colour of the jeans. Disgusting and the discription did not advise there would be a difference in actual product. So annoyed.”
“When Boohoo gets it right, they get it right. HOWEVER when they get it wrong they GET IT WROOOOONG!!! I have returned more clothes than i have kept. Not only have they sent me poor poor quality clothes with missing components, they have sent me dirty worn clothes!!!!??? Honestly spend a little more at Missguided or ASOS for better quality and a better fit”
“I'm so annoyed with boohoo I ordered a load of stuff on Wednesday for next day evening delivery didn't come after waiting up for it so I was very angry so I finallly contacted them and they said we've refunded your postage charge which doesn't help me have no outfits so thankyou very much boohoo!!!!”
“I purchased a Megan MA1 Scuba Bomber in the nude. It didn't look like the one the model was wearing as the colour was wrong. There was meant to be black around the collar, ends of the sleeves and on the bottom but it was all just nude. If you're not going to sell exactly what's on the model then at least change the picture to what the item actually looks like. It's probably not as big of a deal as other people's bad experiences but it just annoyed me as that's what I liked about the jacket.”
“I ordered on Friday for Next Day Delivery before 10pm and after waiting in all day, my delivery didn't come. After being in contact with the company, I was assured it would be delivered today (Monday). It is now 9pm on Monday evening, I have waited all day for this delivery and still no sign. Another day wasted and still no delivery, I am furious! Having used Boohoo many times in the past, I was hopeful for good service as previously experienced and I have been let down. I will not be purchasing from Boohoo in the future and hope to get a refund for my delivery charge at minimum!”
“I feel the quality of the clothes just doesn't cut it. I bought a dress from Boohoo and after one wear the lace had laddered and the straps were hanging on by a thread. The dress was priced reasonably so I thought it would have been made better considering I paid £18.
I thought this may have been a one off, so I purchased a T-shirt for my boyfriend. The print on it immediately started to appear as if it was peeling off or had been cut with scissors, as it has cracks and slashes in it. I thought with the T-shirt being priced at £12, it was going to at least be made well, but after one wear it already looked like it'd been dragged through a hedge.

“I made an order for next day delivery, got the dispatch confirmation with tracking details.. But what happens... I don't get my item next day!!! Tracking is also useless and just tells me 'not yet received by courier', what is that suppose to mean?! I get no email telling me of any delays in my delivery either. Terrible service. Do not order as next day delivery as you will not get it, unreliable!!”
“The dress I order was way to big. All of the tops where really big too. The only thing that was true to size was my bottoms. So it will cost me more to send it back they i paid for the dress & tops all together. They need to do better with returns.”
