“My parcel never turned up even though it said on the tracker from Hermes that it had been delivered to reception (we don't have a reception). This happened after I had notified and confirmed my address with Boohoo the day before as it wasn't delivered due to an address query. After, this i was assured that the money would be refunded within the next week. This deadline has been and gone and i still haven't been refunded my £85. Needless to say i am very disappointed with the overall service.”

“firstly when my order for a black large top arrived it came with an invoice for a size 10 green dress for a woman who was obviously not me. After returning the top (and changing the invoice to my details) it took a month before I had to call them to find out why they had not refunded my money. The website says if you contact them, they will contact you back immediately. This reply is an automated reply to tell you the human will take another 48 hours. When I was contacted, I was asked to send my proof of postage via a photo, which I did. I was then informed that actually it was not the proof of posting at the post office I required but when the post office hand it over to the courier!!!! After explaining to the girl, that after I had proved the top had left my hands, and had been passed safely into the hands of the post office, my responsibility was over. I was the referred to the next department who took another 48 hours to respond. They off course said I would receive my refund in up to 7 working days. I have excluded Christmas and weekends from my calculations, and 11 working days have passed, and still no sign of a refund. This has taken 5 weeks in total, and is still not resolved. Be warned , this is quiet literally a shabby outfit”
“You would be better off shopping at a pound shop than buying this second hand rubbish. Ever thought why there is a lot of returns, read the reviews the majority of these are for returns. There is pallet after pallet coming into the warehouse everyday of returns, and large mail trollies coming in. Your buying secondhand returns classed as new.”

Not once, not twice but 3x they put it anywhere around your house and sign on your behalf as if you received the item. Even if you're at home, they ring the bell and Chuck it by your door and run off.. what a joke!

“About Boohoo: the people who make up this company are a bunch of cheats, the few positive feedbacks are obviously written by management themselves. This company cannot be taken seriously; 15!!! directors in their management team and still no one has any understanding of customer service or, more likely, they are just a bunch of greedy people who absolutely don't care at all about their customers.

The always say that it’s not there fault and blame the delivery people or that it’s the retailer they buy from. They really need a contact number to speak with someone over the phone. I wanted the item so was willing to comprising for the next size which was in stock, but given the error was Boohoo's they wouldn't honour the price of the order they cancelled even though it was their error and I just wanted the same item in an alternative size. I won't be shopping with these clowns again and the way I'm feeling right now might even send all the items back out of principle”
