Can't give zero stars! This is the third time I have asked for next day delivery and the third time it's failed! Blaming Hermes and it turns out they forgot to send it! Contacting customer service and they either ignore you and just keep sending a message to rate the service. No remorse no compassion worst customer service. Feels like talking to a robot, can't speak to any supervisors or complaints department. Lost a long term loyal customer here! Will avoid at all costs!

Sized up and the pants were still too small not to mention the quality bought through Debenham boohoo product absolutely scam for what I paid absolutely embarrassing

I have been in contact with the customer service for MONTHS! I was first told I was going to get a refund on an item that was faulty, the fabric was looking really bad. However, I never received the money. It was through Klarna which feel safe, and they can back it up to. Boohoo claim that they had sent it but Klarna customer service can't see it and I have not gotten it. Klarna asked me to contact customer service again and now I am in a loop… they do not want to pay me back my money even though they sent me an item that was broken… every time they tell me the same story without even looking at my actual request. After a loooong conversation back and forth they sent my request to a "special unit" but did I hear back? NO! I have never been treated so bad by a company and would never order from them again and please don't! If the item is faulty they won't make a refund. The most annoying part is that they have waited out this for months and have now said that because the order was made 6 months ago they cannot give me a refund as they cannot process the Klarna order. But when talking to customer service at Klarna they said it is just one button, easy and simple… unbelievable!

This is based off only one order because I have only ordered once from them. I ordered a dress and a skirt set and they were both exactly what they looked like online and the quality was solid. About what you would expect for the price. Shipping was about ten days but the site does say 7-10 days so expected. I followed their size guide/survey and everything fits pretty well. I think people that complain about this site are expecting to get high end designer quality for boohoo prices. I got exactly what they advertised and what I expected so 5/5 for sure! Will order from them again.

UPS would not deliver because they are pending $28.20 broker fee from the company. I already paid for the shipment while purchasing so this is ridiculous. Why a customer has to pay broker fee on delivery? This is a fraud company. DONOT buy from them

Sizings are way off. I’m a uk size 12 - ordered a size 12 and 14 dress. Tried both on size 12 wouldn’t zip up as it was so small, size 14 fits (just) but really tight in the waist area. Size 14 from anywhere else is usually on the big side for me. Ended up wearing said dress as a long top with leggings underneath as was so short I could bend down without flashing my booty otherwise!

ordered clothes i had to wait nearly 10 days to received my order even tho i had an email staying he was being delivered so i waited on for, which then I was disappointed as 3 out the 4 items was see-through and when returning there was no return slip so had to email for one and then sent me a returns slip i have to print out!

Bought a 36G bikini top (I am a 34F) but was worried it would be small... I wasn't wrong. I would say it measures at a D cup, not happy at all and will be returning.

Girls take note!! I rarely order from online clothes shops but when i do it's usually new look or summit, Anyways,im a uk size 10 normally,so i ordered 2 pairs of jeans in said size.Let me tell you,im not a big girl by any means,BUT i have thighs that could choke out a world champion wrestler or put a grizzly bear to sleep in seconds.Those size tens were not playing,barely got them to my knees,and the high waisted ones,well i got those up and fastened,but that was it,i didn't dare bend down or breathe out cause that button would have shot off so fast,it would have broke the sound barrier.So moral of the story,in my opinion,order the next size up if not 2 sizes up.

Only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. Absolutely shocking service! They sent me the wrong item, and after requesting a bunch of information some of which had never been shared with me (like the product code of the random wrong item they sent) they refused to send the correct item, even though the screw-up was entirely on their end and the item had been ordered for an occasion so was time sensitive. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and money!

I ordered 5 XXXL shirts from them for my brother on Christmas. Went well he loved them. I just ordered 4 more shirts for my brother's birthday. The shoulders on all the shirts were way too snug and did not fit him at all. I complained that I went by their sizing and it was not my fault. They said if I returned them, they would not be refunding my shipping fee and on top of that, I had to pay additionally to ship it back to them for a refund! They have deleted their contact page off their site and hide their customer service contact on twitter. They will send you canned responses and they don't care at all. I lost money because of their incompetentence. I wish I had seen the reviews sooner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sizing is completely wrong!! I’m a uk 14, ordered a uk 16 and everything is to small? I’m a uk size 5 shoe and again they are too small. I do not recommend and I won’t be ordering from there again.

Purchased clothes from here numerous times the last few orders when worn come out itchy and in whelts & spots , will never purchase from here again as they must have changed their supllier or using harmful chemicals So disappointing

Fast delivery and good customer service but the jeans sizes run far too small! About two sizes too small! You’re better off buying jeans elsewhere if possible.

Unfortunately the two t-shirts I bought were far too short. I waited 15 days for my refund. Then it didn't arrive and I was asked to wait another 7. I don't have a printer so had to pay to return order.

Paid for premier should get next day delivery but they now want to charge me an extra 1.99 every time I shop. By by going to take my business elsewhere

Terrible customer service..requested parcel to be sent to a collection point shop...received confirmation that parcel was delivered but random picture of house where it had been delivered. Shop confirmed they had not received parcel. Contacted Boohoo who stated it was my problem I had a to report it as theft which I tried twice ( the police could not do unless I could confirm where it had been left as no proof it was actually stolen) Boohoo said nothing else they could do so no replacement or refund unless I got a crime number.So even though they choose Hermes as their delivery company, they have local pick up points/shops allocated who scan parcels in and out for collection , if the parcel goes missing during this process they do not take responsibility all they kept saying if I had to have a crime number and they could not refund unless I got this. I feel once they have your money it's your problem if item goes missing and you are left to do all the chasing even though I had obvious proof available that it was not delivered to the allocated pick up shop

I'd give 0 stars if i could (never thought i would have to say that) I ordered on the 1/16. I paid for express shipping. After waiting 3 days and seeing my tracking number had not updated and still said label created i messaged and they apologized, using an obviously cut and paste message, blaming a shipping delay. I can tell that it had not ever shipped. But i said ok and waited a week after that it still said the same thing all in all they wouldn't do anything until the Feb. 2nd. Honestly if i didn't send multiple emails and messages i doubt they would have done anything. In the end after telling them to refund me I wasn't going to play that game they refunded me then had the gall to say as an apology if i would like a $5 voucher for my next order. I told them no I'm not ordering from them ever again. So my suggestion don't order if you do stay on top of it. Horrible company. Side note for the entire time i waited the tracking still said 'Label Created'.
