“I ordered a bra 38 c online from Boohoo and which I couldn't do up as it there was about a 20 cm gap between the two ends of the bra. Shockingly small sizing. Having read several reviews online it seems their sizing is very hit and miss.”

MONTHS! I was first told I was going to get a refund on an item that was faulty, the fabric was looking really bad. However, I never received the money. It was through Klarna which feel safe, and they can back it up to. Boohoo claim that they had sent it but Klarna customer service can't see it and I have not gotten it. Klarna asked me to contact customer service again and now I am in a loop⦠they do not want to pay me back my money even though they sent me an item that was broken⦠every time they tell me the same story without even looking at my actual request. After a loooong conversation back and forth they sent my request to a "special unit" but did I hear back? NO! I have never been treated so bad by a company and would never order from them again and please don't! If the item is faulty they won't make a refund. The most annoying part is that they have waited out this for months and have now said that because the order was made 6 months ago they cannot give me a refund as they cannot process the Klarna order. But when talking to customer service at Klarna they said it is just one button, easy and simple⦠unbelievable!”
“This is based off only one order because I have only ordered once from them. I ordered a dress and a skirt set and they were both exactly what they looked like online and the quality was solid. About what you would expect for the price. Shipping was about ten days but the site does say 7-10 days so expected. I followed their size guide/survey and everything fits pretty well. I think people that complain about this site are expecting to get high end designer quality for boohoo prices. I got exactly what they advertised and what I expected so 5/5 for sure! “Sizings are way off. Iām a uk size 12 - ordered a size 12 and 14 dress. Tried both on size 12 wouldnāt zip up as it was so small, size 14 fits (just) but really tight in the waist area. Size 14 from anywhere else is usually on the big side for me. “Only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. Absolutely shocking service! They sent me the wrong item, and after requesting a bunch of information some of which had never been shared with me (like the product code of the random wrong item they sent) they refused to send the correct item, even though the screw-up was entirely on their end and the item had been ordered for an occasion so was time sensitive. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and money!”
“I ordered 5 XXXL shirts from them for my brother on Christmas. Went well he loved them.
I just ordered 4 more shirts for my brother's birthday. The shoulders on all the shirts were way too snug and did not fit him at all. I complained that I went by their sizing and it was not my fault. They said if I returned them, they would not be refunding my shipping fee and on top of that, I had to pay additionally to ship it back to them for a refund!
