“I bought a coat for £50 from boohoo, there was dusty marks all over the bottom of the coat, the strings weren’t even attached to the coat I had to sit there threading it threw myself, the quality of the coat is not very good, won’t be going to boohoo again”
“The quality dropped massively. I used to be a big fan. But it really changed, i ordered a lot with boohoo, and the quality is really poor. Nothing like on the pictures. Sizes messed up. Fabrics literally see-through..

“Very disappointed. They state that shipping only takes 7 business days to Europe but not true. I ordered on the 6th of February and they want me to wait until the 11th of March. I asked for the refund and they want me to wait until it finally gets here so that it can be shipped back and then they will discuss the refund. I will never order from the again.”
“1. Next day delivery (paid) comes at the earliest 3 working days later.
2. The clothes quality is not great, though you do get what you pay for.
3. Size 8 and 10 are the same size around the waste, though wider round the legs (makes no sense)
4. If you order an item and that colour is out of stock, they will change your order and send you a different colour without your consent, causing you an added trip to the post office to return!
AVOID unless your desperate and on a cheap budget!”

“Used boohoo quite a lot but the last 2 items I have ordered were both faulty large hole in waistband (jogging bottoms) and wool coat was longer at one side than the other plus all buttons were sewn on puckered and even though they were notified of this upon return I was still charged the 3.99 postage each time therefore I will not be using boohoo any more”
“I paid for the yearly premier next day delivery!!? I placed an order 3/02/20 received a email from Hermes 04/02/20 stating there’s been a delay!! Checked tracker today 05/02/20 and still not with courier!! I went in chat to question this and was told to keep an eye out for it over next 24-48, and this service normally works, sorry but that’s hardly next day delivery and obviously the service doesn’t wrk as I still haven’t received my order!! Don’t offer a service if you can’t adhere to it!! Basically paying for this service is a total waste of money!!”
“Never ever had such a terrible experience online shopping. I paid n extra £10 for next day delivery to receive 8pm at night. Awful quality clothes, really cheaply made. I then completed returns form as advised online to have 4 of the collection points tell me Boohoo haven’t emailed me the correct labels to even return. Customer services of Boohoo just said I must be confusing everything and not a lot they can do. Absolutely disgusting when I’ve now just wasted £100”
“They are extremely hit and miss with both sizes and quality. Now I always allow for this when ordering by picking larger sizes (sometimes x2 my usual size) and still items arrive that are woefully too small.
Then I ordered shorts which fit ok on the waist but the legs were stupidly baggy and very unflattering.
A skirt the same size as the shorts was miles too small. A jacket meant to be a suede cropped jacket (and it was not cheap!) is the worst material I’ve ever come across in my life.
We all allow a little bit for this when shopping online but Boohoo really are tacky, nasty materials and badly sized. And they’re not exactly cheap these days either.”
“Boohoo need to stop selling clothing above a size 12 until they actually understand what a plus size body needs. I'm not a big girl. I'm a size 12/14 curvy girl and I've been left really upset when I've ordered clothing off the website because it is ridiculous how much smaller it is than it should be.

“ent me the wrong size shoes twice after returning, waiting for my credit and repurchasing. Customer service is absolutely horrible! You can’t speak to anyone by phone, it’s only by email. Oh, and even though the two orders were wrong sizes, they charged ME for the return shipping. Definitely bot ordering from there again.”

“Ordered on the 28th Dec, paid for next day delivery, arrived on the 31st Dec. Returned items for a refund on the 2nd Jan. Confirmed return was received on the 8th Jan, it's now the 22nd Jan and I'm still waiting for a refund, boohoo has informed me it was sent on the 10th dec via paypal and then that it would be sent today!! Boohoo have now asked me to close my paypal dispute and then they will refund me.”
“ordered a size 16 pair of shorts to go out in and when they arrived they where at least 2 sizes too small! theres no way I'm a size 20, I ordered the 16 so they would be comfy!!!”
“Payed for next day delivery to be told it was on it's way to then receive a email saying theres a problem at warehouse and basically its lost then to be told over and over that it will arrive in the nxt 24 hrs. 24hrs been and gone no parcel still lost been told I have to wait a month until anything can be done so £65 down and nothing to show for it and all they want to do is blame it on courier but the tracker shows it hasn't even got to the courier. Asked for refund and got fobbed off wont be ordering again.”
