“Shorts dyed my legs and clothing!!
I’ve ordered a pair of black lace cycling shorts from the winter sale. After the first wear they have dyed my legs blue and ruined my t-shirt and white hoodie!! Got in touch with the CS team who baysically told me to go away! Will be taking this further! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!”
“I wore a boohoo dress out for my anniversary date and I just looked down and it was torn down the sides. It’s not a tight dress, there was no snag. One second it was fine, the next it was torn. That takes low quality to the subzeroes. I ordered through MallForAfrica.”
“Poor service, I ordered mocha blaZer but arrived green. Customer service is poor as well imagine us to me send back and they will refund. What about the delays that’s why you order asap so you can used the clothes ASAP but they won’t replace as soon as possible they will let you spend first on their mistake to send it back by ) post and they will check . “Really it's zero stars! There's nothing good about Boohoo. Their customer service is atrocious. I emailed about an issue with return. They wanted me to pay for even though I signed up for premium delivery service which offers free returns, and I emailed over ten times to try an get a new label or some sort of help, and every response I got was different from the last one. At one point I was told if I waited for ten days the label would expire and I could get a new one. . . The next response, when that didn't work, just told me they could do nothing and use the label I had. They were very unhelpful and almost rude in the emails. To be honest, the products are not good value or quality. I will never be ordering from them again.”
“I placed an order for 3 items. I only received 2 and both of them were wrong. THEY REFUSE POINT BLANK TO SEND ME A RETURNS LABEL.

The CEO answered me immediately and promised to sort out my problem. However this morning I am still getting the run around and they REFUSE to send a returns label unless I send them photographs of the items. How can you send a photograph of something that wasn't in the parcel.
They have ripped me off to the tune of £45 and apparently that's ABSOLUTELY FINE”
“Horrible sizing. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans in a size UK 12, and one of them couldn’t have been much bigger than a size 8. Absolutely terrible and shocking that the company is allowed to do this. The quality was awful as well, and they weren’t even the correct styling, as jeans that were meant to be Mom fit (ie looser) were cut like skinny jeans. Absolute joke would never ever order from again.
Same issue with tops. I’m a UK 10 in tops, and I ordered some in a 10 and some in a 12, and the same issue again. Size 10 tops were the size of my hand and didn’t fit, and even the size 12 tie top wasn’t designed to factor in a bigger size also requiring a bigger chest area to cover up the chest. Terrible.”
“So disappointed... ordered size 6us so 10 uk. I normally fit in small but ordered a size up to be safe. I swear that what I received was extra small... my head didn’t even fit through the collar... I had to send bad the entire order... one shirt came with stains.
The service was fast though but it is very very cheap...
Currently waiting for refund. Overall disappointed but I should of made more research first.”

“I typically am adamant about reading the reviews before I purchase anything online but this one time I did not and regret every minute of this purchase. Customer service is horrible and the delivery process is even worse. This company basically uses the cheapest option offered to them and the customer ends up screwed in the end. I ordered a dress two weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. I have called FedEx several times because my delivery date keeps getting pushed back just to be told that its because of the company chose the cheaper option that allows them to do this. So now my package was dropped off at USPS for delivery...I won't even need the dress by the time its delivered.
I was so excited and now I'm definitely bummed...waste of time and money. If you're thinking about ordering from this company, save yourself the trouble and just don't do it.”
“Bought two items from boohoo plus for the first time, I'm a size 14 usually top and bottom, sized up for loungewear to size 18 so it was comfy and roomy. Both top and shorts were absolutely tiny, and am now sending back! Do not recommend.”
“Extremely poor customer service. Firstly, sent two emails which date back to 2 weeks ago but have still not received any response to either.
Tried to speak with the team via WhatsApp - got a different person each time each of whom did not read the previous notes so the conversation dragged on due to them not reading this correctly.
Then when I was passed to a ‘manager’ - Nicha - they offered me a £5 voucher to solve my complaint. Being well aware that nothing on that site is £5 and that I would have to spend more of my own money to even use the supposed complaint resolution. When I stated this, I got a very sarcastic and patronising message back stating they were happy to resolve this for me and that they would be closing my complaint. I advised that I was not satisfied with this outcome and they stated it was closed and they were happy to help again. Absolutely appalling service.”
