“Returns & Refunds: I understand fully that we are in a midst of a pandemic, however, this company should suspend there expedited 2-3 day shipping if they don't plan on refunding you for items that aren't guaranteed to arrive by the designated timeframe. I didn't even open the package, since it was needed for a specific event, and the company would not refund my original expedited shipping cost, nor offer me a free return for the hassle. “Everything was fine except the size. According to their sizing advice I should go for a size 16 - 18. Never ever go with a smaller than what you know is your size. “I am doing individual garment reviews for an order dated 4th Sept 2020. This one PZZ61484 was a Plus 2 pack T-shirt dress. More than plenty of room at size 26. Bottom of sleeve hole ends at waist level. Sleeve shoulder seam is 10cm past shoulder. Feels nice, can wear as top in summer or sleep attire. Good quality fabric. Colour was Khaki. Almost a bat wing.”

The material was lovely, sleeves wouldn't want to be any tighter, I ordered a 28, when I am only 24-26, but it was tight over my body. Definitely would have to wear spanks etc with it. Will shorten it to a tunic top length to wear with Jeans/leggings. Really needed a size 30 for more room, they don't make Lgr Sz.”

So this one is for PZZ61308 Plus Leopard Roll Neck Flare Sleeve Top/dress. Size 26. It fit really well, with a nice shape, not a tent, and I love it. Material is a nice weight. The sleeves are at least 2-3 inches too long, apart from that: Winner! Wearing it as a top, not a dress.”

“I ordered a normal top from boohoo, can’t remember the exact name of the top but it was sleeveless. It is a UK size 12 and it’s not even close to fitting me! Outrageous!! Looks like it could fit a 6 year old by the looks of it. Their sizing is really off it’s unbelievable. Boohoo please do better.
I wouldn’t recommend shopping at boohoo online due to their sizing. I would suggest about three sizes up because it did not fit me at all.”
“Ordered some clothes in June to wear on my birthday in July. Everything was normal and moving along great until July 3rd when it said my package was stalled in Memphis, TN. After about a week of no movement, I reached out to boohoo to see what was going on. They assured me my package was still on its way and told me if I don’t receive it by July 29th then I will “of course” get a refund for my order. I told them I ordered the product for my birthday on the 14th and at this point I didn’t even want the package anymore. They said that I still had to wait till the 29th to receive a refund, whatever. So July 29th comes and I reach out asking for a refund and I get a response that says “you’re package has recently been scanned and is on the move again! At this time we will not be issuing you a refund.” Keep in mind it’s now been over a month since I ordered, and almost a full month that the package has remained in Memphis, TN. I told them it was unacceptable that they are making me wait this long for a refund when this package is obviously lost and will not be arriving. They still refused a refund and told me if I don’t get my package by AUGUST 16th then they will refund me. Mind you, August 16th was going to be almost a full TWO MONTHS since I had placed the order. I called fedex to see what was going on and they told me they intercepted the package and will not be delivering it because it was sent to them EMPTY. FedEx told me all boohoo had to do was contact them and they would confirm it with them. When I told boohoo this, they told me that this was not true and I’d still have to wait till the 16th. They also refused to contact FedEx to see what was happening. I have ordered clothes from a lot of companies and I have NEVER been treated like this. They continually went back on their word, refused to investigate, and practically told me I was lying because they got caught sending an EMPTY package. Once August 16th came around I messaged them again demanding a refund and they sent back “It seems like your package was lost! If you’d like we can offer you a refund or a replacement package!” These people are crooks and scammers that refuse to take care of their customers. I had to open an investigation with my bank, FedEx, and Afterpay because of these people. If you check their Facebook comments I am not the only one who has experienced something like this. Please do NOT order from this company.”

On ordering it stated the delivery we would be within 5 working days and they were delivered quickly on the third day with emails confirming tracking and delivery and the time they predicted for the delivery day. I ordered a plus size 28 t-shirt and it fits my size 12 niece. Also I ordered knitted shorts and jumper set plus size 26. Couldn't even get the shorts last my knees. And they make it so difficult to send things back as you need a printer or need to travel by bus to the nearest asda. Terrible company. I will not order again and will not recommend anyone too.”

“Used the virtual size guide& exaggerated my size, it came up with 18, which is my usual size, but ordered a 20 anyway. It was an elasticated skirt. When it arrived, I couldn't get it past my knees! The waist measured 11" smaller than the UK average size! They're refusing to answer me as to why it's so small....shocking company!”
