“NEXT DAY DELIVERY RIP OFF!
After placing a order one morning with next day delivery guaranteed I waited in the following day for nothing, tracked the status of my parcel which the response was ‘we’re processing it’.... rang the parcel company which they use for them to tell me my order is placed for delivery within 3-5 working days!
BEWARE THOSE PAYING THAT BIT EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY!”
“DO NOT TOUCH AT ALL COSTS. I was about to place an order with them as i had won a 25% discount at mcdonalds monopoly gameplay.
When i got through to the checkout to pay the original price is reinstated, then the discount is included, so you dont get any discount at all. When i spoke the op on their online chat service, he said that the macdonalds discount does not apply to their discounted items. Then i pointed out that everything on boohooo site is discounted IT IS A CON. NOT ONLY SHOULD TRADING STANDARDS BE CONTACT, MACDONALDS SHOULD BE AS WELL. I also recieved no advice with thier on line help. DO NOT TOUCH.”
“Very unprofessional customer service. The website informs you you’ll receive your purchase in 6 bysiness days or to contact them if it dosen t arrive, after 8 business days of not reveiving my dress i did contact them telling them i had only 3 days left to my event, they guaranteed me i would have it before. The day before my event or so 10 business days after my order i contacted them again to make sure i would get my package. They told me it wasn t going to arrive on time and basically i needed to figure out something else to wear. Minded them i am 7 months pregnant and its not easy to find a maternity dress, nearly impossible the day before!!! They brushed me off saying its out of their hands. I will never order from this website again”

“I recently ordered two shirts and a jumper from boohoo and I am quite disappointed with the quality of the jumper it was very badly manufactured and falling apart at the seams with loose threads! One of the shirts was of better quality but the sizing is huge! Thankfully the other shirt is ok apart from loose threads around the buttons, tbh I'd have expected clothing of such poor quality to be found on much cheaper sites such as wish.com!”
“Paid for next day delivery used their postcode generator and they couldn’t find the address even though it was correct. They spent 2 days accusing me of putting the wrong address in then finally admitted fault. Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. They also said they would pick the items up as I no longer wanted them they are now ignoring my messages and haven’t picked my items up a week later. I will never shop with them again.”
“I ordered 2 parcels and an ultimated delivery pass for the year. I got one parcel the next day but not the other. I have contacted “Customer Services” multiple times and I have told to wait for 13 days since my ‘next day delivery’ of my other parcel. I am extremely upset that I had…
I am extremely upset that I had returned an item and then a week later reveived an email to say thankyou your return has been received you should expect to receive your refund within 7DAYS. Now over 30 days later I have had to email boohoo (they dont have telephone lines and now I can understand why) to chase this.
They are now telling me that despite them receiving this item in their warehouse I need to send the proof of posrage in order to get this refund. After numerous back and forths, they can no longer locaye the parcel so I have to prove this was sent. Makes no sense!!! They had confirned receipt so therefore if you have lost this from the point of receipt this is no longer my problem. This was over 30 days ago and I threw the recipt away shortly after they had confirmed they had received the item back!!!! So I have now lost £40!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered a jacket and paid for next day delivery, it didn't arrive when i looked on tracking it said contact retailer. I contacted boohoo through there website chat, to be told there was a problem and they needed to contact Hermes, which takes 24-48 hours! I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't until they had spoken to Hermes, what a joke. The clothes are cheap but so is the service, my advice is shop elsewhere!”
“The customer services is the worst!!!!!!!! I was sent the wrong size on a previous order. Months ago. I just kepted it and reordered. Mistakes happen. Plus I don’t have time to go to the post office to send something back. 😒 The new item came and I was satisfied. So I placed a new order about a week ago. This time with three items. Before I placed the order I tripled checked that everything was correct and The size was in US size.After I placed my order I received the order confirmation. I checked to make sure the sizes were correct on there as well. 🙄🙄🙄and when my order arrived. My jacket and shoes came in the correct size. But my dress didn’t!!!!! My receipt and order confirmation both say US size 10 so I’m trying to figure out how I get a US size 14 dress!! No one has replied to emails. The customer services number is just a vm. I will never order from this company again. It’s ridiculously. No one has time or money to be wasting. Because ppl can’t take the time to package right. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!”
