I am extremely upset that I had…
I am extremely upset that I had returned an item and then a week later reveived an email to say thankyou your return has been received you should expect to receive your refund within 7DAYS. Now over 30 days later I have had to email boohoo (they dont have telephone lines and now I can understand why) to chase this.
They are now telling me that despite them receiving this item in their warehouse I need to send the proof of posrage in order to get this refund. After numerous back and forths, they can no longer locaye the parcel so I have to prove this was sent. Makes no sense!!! They had confirned receipt so therefore if you have lost this from the point of receipt this is no longer my problem. This was over 30 days ago and I threw the recipt away shortly after they had confirmed they had received the item back!!!! So I have now lost £40!!!!!!!!!”

I can also now see that many other customers are having this same issue. If an item gets lost once you have received this how does the customer then become liable. Very baffling!!! I will never ever ever order from boohoo again and I will be getting my refund.”

“I ordered a jacket and paid for next day delivery, it didn't arrive when i looked on tracking it said contact retailer. I contacted boohoo through there website chat, to be told there was a problem and they needed to contact Hermes, which takes 24-48 hours! I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't until they had spoken to Hermes, what a joke. The clothes are cheap but so is the service, my advice is shop elsewhere!”
“The customer services is the worst!!!!!!!! I was sent the wrong size on a previous order. Months ago. I just kepted it and reordered. Mistakes happen. Plus I don’t have time to go to the post office to send something back. 😒 The new item came and I was satisfied. So I placed a new order about a week ago. This time with three items. Before I placed the order I tripled checked that everything was correct and The size was in US size.After I placed my order I received the order confirmation. I checked to make sure the sizes were correct on there as well. 🙄🙄🙄and when my order arrived. My jacket and shoes came in the correct size. But my dress didn’t!!!!! My receipt and order confirmation both say US size 10 so I’m trying to figure out how I get a US size 14 dress!! No one has replied to emails. The customer services number is just a vm. I will never order from this company again. It’s ridiculously. No one has time or money to be wasting. Because ppl can’t take the time to package right. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!”
“I can honestly say that I absolutely love Boohoo! I've never really liked shopping so online shopping is perfect for me, I know I want something and I can go on and have a look without the stress of going into a busy shopping center. I live in Ireland and paid for the Premium delivery service so I get my deliveries next day. I can try them on in the comfort of my own home and if I don't like them, I just print off a label and send it back free of charge. It really doesn't get any easier. Some of the clothes can be a bit hit or miss but overall I've had a really good experience and have bought a lot of gorgeous stuff. Really good service and the customer service team are always brilliant if I have any issues.”
“If I could get back every penny I’ve ever spent on this website I would. Horrible cheap material, nothing I’ve ordered has been true to size and 9 times out of 10 an item I order arrives and it looks completely different to the picture on the website. Also ordered a few times and paid for next day delivery and received my items about a week or two after. The final straw was when I ordered a bodysuit last week, it came ripped, awkward to put on, takes about 10 minutes, and I had to look at the item and the picture because what I received and what the model wears on the picture looks like two completely different items. Never ever EVER again will I order from here.”
“This honestly had to be the worst shopping experience I've ever had. As a first time customer of boohoo to order something for next day delivery only for it not to turn up. Only after am I told if you want the courier to get out the van a ring the bell or actually deliver the parcel you need to leave extra instructions for him to do so. This I was told would take an extra 72 hours to pass on the instructions at which point I cancelled the order only to be told there's a 21 day refund process. I'm sure it only took seconds to take my money but 21 days to refund it? Maybe I just personally had a bad experience, however I would say be very very wary”

A year!! Never had any issues with delivery or refund and I order from here between 1-5 times a month. Only issue is that some of the tall section (which I wear) is sometimes too short, but they are quick in replying when you need a refund.”
