“I ordered something on a Monday and they didn't dispatch until the Thursday night so I will not have it on time for when I need it. Things are normally slow to come from them so I did expect delays but they are never this slow to dispatch. I tried to use and pay for the next day delivery option but it did not work. I will never use them again.”

I ordered three dresses at the beginning of May, and the quality was absolutely awful-- the fabrics felt like sandpaper and plastic, one dress was completely see-through, and the sizing information provided was completely inaccurate. I ordered based on my measurements and received garments that were completely unrelated to the numbers they advertised. Not one of these dresses fit correctly and were off by several inches. I couldn't even tell you they run big or small because each garment and point of measurement was completely random.
Normally if something is low quality and doesn't fit, you can at least return it and move on with your life, but I haven't had that option due to Boohoo's customer service being just as awful and chaotic as its products.
They received my return shipment WEEKS ago and refuse to return my money even though I've provided proof of shipping (more than $18 at my expense) and delivery. They refuse to even look into the fate of my shipment, simply sending me the same rude form letter over and over again telling me to wait. I have BEEN waiting. It is nearly July. This is ridiculous.
I should have just filed a claim for defective/not as described merchandise. I would have had grounds, given the horrendous quality and wildly misrepresented sizing, and I would have had my money back right away without losing almost $20 out of pocket sending this garbage back.
This has been a nightmare from the day I opened the package of awful, awful clothing, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK. I've had to open a dispute with PayPal to have any hope of ever seeing these funds again. AVOID.”

Our own fault from ordering from a company named 'Boohoo', perhaps the title should have warned us enough before proceeding to place an order.
Anyway, upon receiving the order, the quality is poor, and sizing is not reflective of actual size guide. My wife is a size 8, the clothing was at least 2 sizes larger and poorly cut.
Raised a return, sent items back on the Royal Mail tracked label. Items were recorded as received back to the 'boohoo' warehouse, but funnily enough nobody was prepared to produce a surname for the tracking!
Despite contacting 'boohoo' twice now, they claim their system hasn't received the goods (Royal Mail confirmation has been produced twice to them), and that if / when they receive the returns it will take at least 14 days to process.
Alarm bells continue to sound... this means the company has more returns than it can cope with (speaks for itself!), and that they have high reluctance in refunding customers they're money.
Good job we aren't holding our breathe, needless to say this is the first and last time 'boohoo' will be used by us.
Shall be interesting to see what Trading Standards say, and the legal advice we are seeking for 'boohoo' withholding the refund.”
