Avoid Boohoo Man. I ordered 6 items and returned all 6. 1 item came with ripped packaging and also was a very bad fit for a muscle fit shirt (ordered 2 and returned both) 1 item was completely diffrent to how it looked in the photo and they trick you by saying 'zipped' joggers but doesn't state that the ankle is zipped and not the pockets. They were a size S and from ankle they measured up to my CHEST! I'm 5ft 8?!?! 1 item I ordered which was a vest, the vest looked like the sleeves had been cut off with a pair of scissors. 1 item came with a damaged logo and no tag which I took pictures of and now they have not refunded me for this item. The last item being a short sleeved polo, the sleeves were incredibly short. I was gobsmacked! Then a member of customer service had the cheek to email back saying 'sorry your items werent perfect for you' First and last time I ever order from BooHoo Man. Ridiculous

Bought a watch, belt and pair of trousers from them. Watch was cancelled by them a day after purchase(still don't know why), trousers faarrrr too small(bought a pair of trousers saying 30 which is the size I usually wear and they're usually quite big on me). Bought a small belt which is comically large, wrapped around my waist almost twice and was too big for my dad who's a size xxl. Will never buy from them again.

Scam! Placed a large order paid for express shipping but after multiple emails with no response, I'm convinced they are a scam taking orders with no intent on deliver.

Boohooman doesn’t have the best delivery but the limited adition Quavo clothes are insame cool I buy clothes from they becouse i wanted to test chip clothes but i was well surprise becouse the material is good

I ordered my very first order from them a few days ago, a simple one. Two sets of 5 boxers. One set arrived fine as pictures with correct size. Second set arrived different to pictured ordered items and also had 3 xl boxers and 2 L boxers in the same pack. Upon reporting to boohooman via Facebook I was told that they cannot be exchanged and they refunded me £4.50 half of what one pack cost, two pairs are too small. And 3 pairs diffent to what I ordered. I will use them for work but not happy and will never order from this company again.

Disgusting delivery procedures. Promise next day delivery which doesn't happen then refuse to refund the amount that customer has paid. I was offered £1 after paying £5 and was made to feel I should be grateful for receiving my items at all!

I really liked BooHooMAN website! One negative review on it is that it does take about 1.5 weeks to 2 weeks if you live in the United States because BooHoo is located in London. But when the shipment came it had such high quality stuff and it all fit really really well. This is a very real review, trust that aside from the long shipment from another continent it is a great sight to order from.

This place is a scam! first off they when I ordered from their website they I but a jacket in my cart and the website glitch and put a different jacket into my cart after I bought it! Second when they sent me the jacket it was damaged! This was is absolute a Scam!!!!!!!! Now they will not give me a refund!!

Amateur company. They have very good clothes, but the team are awful. Customer service =0 Courier usually the herpes, which is the biggest joke in this globe. If the courier steal or lost your order, you are the last in the queue. You can fight for your money and your messages will be ignored. So go on and try if you like adventurers or just want to get excited in these boring days.

Ordered my package last friday i picked the express option so it could be here in 2-3 days which would’ve been yesterday my package still hasn’t came the order # I was given for some reason isn’t linked to my package so no one even knows where it’s at & they pushed back my delivery date twice jus for me to look and see there is no delivery date n jus reading these reviews I’m probably not gettin what I ordered 😭😭 DO NOT SHOP HERE ONLINEEEE YOU WILL GET FINESSED... Absolutely SHOCKING experience! Do NOT shop here! I ordered a few items on Sunday.... 4 days later I get an email to say 1 item has been cancelled as they don’t have stock. I browse online to view other colours as I would like the hoodie for my partner. They have a different shade of khaki in his size.... with the price put up!!!!!!!!! 1. I would expect to be contacted by customer service to see if I would like a different colour alternative.... this didn’t happen! So I’ve contacted customer service where they have literally said they won’t honour the price I paid for the colour alternative as they’re a ‘ highly competitive brand’ no care about the customer!!!! Then followed by a sarcastic ‘ have a fab day :)’ ... I’m absolutely appalled! If they told me ON THE DAY I paid and ordered then I could have got the other colour at the lower price I paid but now I’ve lost out due to no error of mine own? Then the vile customer service I have recieved from Tilly, Han & James. Who have basically said I can’t speak to a manager either. They need some serious customer service training as I’m horrified. NEVER shopping here again and I recommend that you all don’t either! They don’t care about the customer whatsoever. I have asked for them to honour the lower price so I can order the different khaki colour and they’ve said no... I mean, I expected that at a bare minimum.. SHOCKING!!!!!!

Ordered Clear Lens Geek Fashion Glasses, but what I received is a completely different product. The item I received has different shape and the lens is tinted. So I requested for a refund. I contacted customer service via whatsapp and messenger. I spoke to up to 7 different representatives (Ibby, Anisa, Husnain A., Ash, Misbah, Husnain, Ismaeel), but no one was willing to help.  I was advised to return the item before I could I either get a replacement or refund. I explained that I was high risk to COVID-19 (asthma) and will be difficult for me to drop off the item to the parcel shop myself or ask someone to do it for me considering I live on my own and my peeps live far away. I managed to ask one of my neighbour to do it for me, so he tried to drop it off to 3 local parcel shops without success so I told him not to worry, as I have already asked too much of him, considering he was the only one willing to help and risking his life being out. It's suppose to be the customer service's job to sort it, and apparently they are all working at home and could not get a supervisor/manager to contact me to discuss it further as none of them was any help at all. Furthermore, the parcel shops informed him that they were not accepting any parcels and it could take 25-30+ days until they can have any further update. I explained this to customer service representatives and most of the responses I received are along the following lines (which I reckon they just copied and pasted): -"I totally understand where you are coming from but we would need the incorrect glasses back before we can resend the correct pair. This is the only appropriate solution we can offer right now. We wouldn't be able to do a manager call either as we are all working from home and not in the office so we can only deal with the queries online" .... Regarding the return timeframe, the response I received is as follows: - "If it goes above 28 days since we extended it, then we will review this and possibly extend it further. We will happily accept the return back to us for a refund or replacement but at this unprecedented time, we can't advise when that will be." First of all BoohooMan made the error of sending me the wrong item! I wanted to return it but the customer service representatives did not acknowledge my circumstance nor provided any solutions. I even suggested if they can arrange the courier to pick up the item I am returning, to which one of them responded with the following: - "I'm afraid the courier doesn't offer this service. It needs to be dropped off at a drop off shop when it is safe to do so." This is very frustrating, and no one was willing to do anything nor care about the situation I am in. I have prompted for next day delivery and considering it was their error sending me the wrong item, they were making no effort resolving the issue immediately and expecting me to wait until I was able to return it (which can take up to after 30+ days), and authorise the refund once they receive it (which can take further additional days). There isn't even any guarantee that they will receive the item within the return timeframe (28 days), and therefore I may not even be eligible getting my refund. Contradicting and false advertisement of their "Free, Fast & Trackable returns!" This is the 3rd time they have messed up my orders, and on all occasion their customer service has been none existent. This incident has definitely drew the line for me considering the circumstance, the brand and it's customer service has been completely out of order!
