This company fails to send your items. Ive ordered from this app and only 1 of my items out of the 7 i ordered arrived. I contacted there website email and they never respond. its been over a month of me resending the emails and nothing back so far. So basically i got robbed over 100 dollars. Don't order from this app, yes the clothes looks nice on the website and you cant go wrong for the price but just save yourself the money and find another website. Or just take the risk of getting robbed like i did, up to you.

DO NOT ORDER! We purchased in November and the package never arrived and tomorrow is 12/31. They do not have a customer service number ONLY a hard to use email system. My son found this site and wanted some hoodies. I wasted $100. ZERO STARS

My order was placed November 24th. Received one package December 13th. It’s now December 29th and I’m still waiting on my remaining items. Tried contacting them again via email but now it says the address can’t be found. I’m a returning customer but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again after this.

Their website says one thing and their shipping company does something else. They don’t ship in a timely manner and give you flack when you complain.

Order made on December 9th, asked multiple times to wait since “your order is out for delivery”. It’s not 3 weeks later and they want me to wait until January 5th! Basically, they’ve robbed me!!

Order pants size 32 their more like a 29 I can’t even get my feet through the pants.. horrible.. order a sweater size medium because I’m a medium in everything, the neck is choking me... I will NEVER order from them again.. this is not the first time, ordered some jeans a few months ago and they are way too small... imma just sell everything because I’m not dealing with their customer service from reading these reviews...

Ordered on November 25th and said it was supposed to arrive on December 9th. It is now December 23rd and no word of my order. I go to check the order history and it hasn’t been updated since the 13th of December. I check FedEx and it says it’s supposed to arrive 1/4/22. It better arrive! Never buying from here again and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Horrible company. Never purchase anything from them. It’s a fraud. Ordered end of November thinking plenty of time for Christmas. According to their tracking system it is still in Great Britain somewhere. Tracking says order placed on July 12,2021. Which is not correct. Contacted support via live chat since they won’t respond to any of my emails. No phone number listed either. Support said I can’t return my items or cancel order. I doubt I will receive my order. So I am out the $$ and my son is out his Christmas presents. Worst company and service EVER! Also had to cancel my credit card due to weird fraudulent charges in the UK.

Never. NEVER USE BOOHOOMAN. Use ASOS instead, at least you’ll get your items. The reviews are true, BoohooMan is the worst online boutique I’ve ever used. Ever since Covid I’ve almost exclusively used online shopping and I even receive my items with EBay. This Christmas holiday I bought $650 worth of items/clothing, and the package that arrived at my doorstep only contained 2 pairs of shoes. 2 pairs of shoes for $650. I’ve contacted customer service at least 15 times via email. You can only reach them via email because they have no other customer service. And then the customer service only responds after 4-5 days so do t expect any timely responses. And then they only use digital information and never do any further investigation. If your package says delivered no matter what is missing, that’s all that you get. Biggest cash money sink ever, you’re better off taking your money and going to the casino. At least you have a chance of getting your money back. Horrible customer service, never use Boohoo

Horrible - avoid at all costs. I purchased something and then happened to notice their track record with labor exploitation. They don't let you cancel orders and don't have a phone number. I was told I could return my item. It finally arrived, and the returns portal doesn't even work. Multiple browsers won't let me access it -- "certificate expired for ~300 days." No one has returned my email from 3 days ago. How is literally everything wrong with this company?

Disgusting service, never received item I payed for due to them losing it, when I asked for my refund they told me to wait and wait and basically refused to give me my money back, disgusting how companies like this can just steal money from you and get away with it, still yet to receive my money back, DONT SHOP HERE

I'm still waiting for an item ordered 11/26/2021. No update on order since 12/16. I would never ordered if I knew they were using USPS. Make sure to pay $15 for shipping for any hope of getting your item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a few things from here in November, ordered everything in a large for a Christmas present. 90% of the order was wrong sizes. I ordered a tracksuit in a large and they sent the top in a large and the bottoms in an extra small. They also sent an xl in one of the shirts. I got 1 item that was the correct size. Then they have horrible ways to contact them. Told them I wanted to send back the wrong sizes and be sent back the correct sizes. They keep talking about a refund after I’ve told them I don’t want it I just want the correct size. I sent the items back and now they’re telling me it could take 14 days for the refund to process, so now the gifts I ordered IN TIME for Christmas will not be here. Will never order anything from them again.

This order is taking forever, supposed to come in 8-10 buisness days, and it’s been 3 weeks now. Service is horrendous, they make it harder than it’s meant to be to contact support. Can’t track your packages easily either. Explains why you can’t see the reviews unless you search for them. Hoping the quality will be worth it.

I ordered $200.00 worth of clothes for Christmas gifts on 12/1/21. It was supposed to arrive no later than 12/13/21 as of to date I haven't received my order. The tracking no. doesn't show any history. I can't get a hold of anyone who can help me.

Ordered a Christmas jumper paid next day delivery , which I needed for a party then because it didn’t arrive had to go and buy one ,the jumper still hasn’t arrived I been in touch with them for a refund and they want me now to wait until the 18th dec unsure why they think that’s ok and that I should just wait .to me this is really bad customer services and they are trying as hard as they can not to refund me . If they are having problems with there delivery company they need to sort that out with them they choose to use them the customer shouldn’t get punished for it .

Awful quality overalls. The pictures on the site show Dickie's brand, and I received something like a halloween costume quality. Then when I tried to return, I was given a ton of push back from customer service, and they didn't refund me the entire total either, even though I had to pay for the shipping to return it. I lost $25 dollars, and got a headache. Go to a different store...

I usually wear a 3x. I ordered a holiday sweater and ordered it in 5x as I wanted a baggy fit. It didn't fit. My son is a 2x, it fit him but was snug. My grandson wears an xl and it fit him beautifully (I gave it to him rather than hassle with a return.) It's a gorgeous sweater. Not sure if there are sizing differences between the US and Britain but be aware Shipping was fast
