“Took too long for delivery If, we were in Vietnam- all of us would have been put in "harms way". Use 'Common Sense' next time. Your parents would not like this report card!”

“Once shipped took awhile .Actually still in route shipped july 17th.suppose to be here by 1800 29th.Orderrd june 11th.Understand vivid and had to wait but 12 days after shipped little to long wait when ordered june 11th.😎.”

“I ordered “The Light Within” by Ainsley Earhardt on June 12, 2020. The money was taken from my account immediately, but to date I STILL have not received the book. This kind of service not only reflects badly on you as a company but also reflects badly on the author for choosing you to handle the sale of her books. I have written to you concerning this matter and am still waiting for your reply.”

“BookPal had some issues with communication when it came to putting together an event for an author. The event got pushed back because of COVID19 (totally understandable) but the rescheduled event wasn't clear. I bought the book through BookPal with the promise of having an intimate signing event with the author. Only the people that bought the book (presale) got to go the event. They never sent an update or when the event was rescheduled. I saw a post that online from someone else and it had passed. Never got an email from BookPal.”
