Missing items from my order. When I contacted them they told me they couldn't send them and I would have to return the order. As it is a birthday gift I don't have the time to return and re order and do t see why I should have to. Very disappointed with this and won't be shopping with Boots again

I am a 39 weeks pregnant woman and i walked 45 mins just to exchange a product in boots aldershot which i bought yesterday but I am very disappointed with the service. Actually what happened was i bought a baby milk yesterday and I wasn't sure wheather I grabbed the right product or not. I asked the lady who served me and she told me that if i bring the receipt and the product in reselling condition they can exchange it. I came to know that the product was not the right one. So i went to exchange and thought will buy the right one on monday. But there was another lady and she said she can't exchange it. I told the lady to call the manager and the manager also said the same thing and he was a bit rude n he kept saying he can't exchange the product. That is not my mistake as well. I know what he was saying but may be he was not getting what I am saying. What i am saying was if i dont get the exchange then Why they gave meh the wrong information that i can get the exchange if the product is in reselling condition. I know the rules of the product that some stores dont exchange or give the refund in baby foods thats why i asked the lady who served me the other day. Customer satisfaction is the main motive of any store which i didnt get. The manager was rude and he even wasnot sorry for that. I returned with a heavy hard and they ruined my whole day. They said that they can't exchange cosmetics but i did exchange one cream before even though its pacakaging was opened bit on different stores. They have to male the same policies. Especially i dont like the manager's response to a customer who was misleaded with the wrong information Bu their own staffs. 1st experience of customer dissatisfaction in my life.

I was served by a really friendly and polite gentleman called Klein at the Giltbrook store. Even though he was the only person serving with a large queue he still took the time be very polite and professional.

Absolutely disgraceful, incompassionate service from Boots Pharmacy in Swaffham. It says it all when going home on the dot is way more important for the Pharmacist than urgent medical needs for the customer! You should be ashamed of your so called service.

Worst for online experience and customer service, placed an order (287210003) for delivery on Valentines Day as part of a gift for my partner. Order showed as confirmed and dispatched on my account with tracking number, tested tracking number and this didn’t work “unable to verify” waited in all day no delivery, no gift. Called Boots.com today, no idea on what’s happened to my order but called Royal Mail who confirmed they never received the order! I asked for a refund and to complain and was promptly cut off once I got my refund (in 3-5 working days). Sheer incompetence, first and last time I order from Boots.com I will never bother with these amateurs again, it is a suprise to me how they’ve managed to continue to trade.

To slow service at boots when checking out every time I go in there I have to wait ages to get served and in any boots as well dont know what training the staff are given but I havent got 20 minutes to stand in a queue

Boots pharmacy one life, middlesbrough is the worst chemist ever. The horrible manager i believe is called Nadia something. Well she is vile to customers and staff. She talks to them like they are a puece if rubbish. Very unlrofessional when she is shouting at her staff and embarrasing them infront of customers. I will never step foot in this shop again unless that horrible excuse of a manager gets the sack!!!!! Boots need to take note of the amount of staff that have left since she took over. I believe it is 10 in total now and some of them lovely ladies had worked there for over 10 years. I know many customers have already took their custom elsewhere as they will not tolerate the way they were treat by her.

I am really annoyed with the Stroud Boots. It is now the only place in the town where you can get photos printed. The one machine was out of order and the second one ran out of printing paper. It took ages to get help and then there was none in the store. Although the girl was helpful, she did say that as it a Self Service Machine they are not trained to use it. I ended up only getting a small part of what I wanted. They had no idea when the two machines might be fixed. A very poor service.

I needed a refund as I bought makeup that my daughter had bought too I took it back CLEARLY UNOPENED (even the assistant said so) but they wouldn’t change it I was directed to a notice that was tiny. Give me a break Boots you’re an optician. I was told “It’s on the receipt.” Well you’ve already bought it Where was the warning on the makeup stand? Everyone knows about earrings Is this health and safety or Boots ensuring profits

Sorry to have to say that Boots, like some other large retailers (eg John Lewis) are falling badly behind the competition, especially noticeable on-line (PC World/Currys are showing the way to survive effectively in competitive times though). Boots pricing is competitive, but it's actually about so much more than just price. Attempting to buy from our local branch today on-line (in preference to Amazon) was a shambolic experience: - 1. 'Free collection' details on the item page, were subsequently contradicted on the following page. 2. In store 'Stock availability' function didn't work. 3. Phone call to branch established limited stock, requiring next day collection from elsewhere - given 'Customer Care' tel. no. to resolve collection charge contradiction error. 4. Customer Care needed to know my full details including even my age (!) before addressing the issue, repeatedly interrupting my explanation of the problem too. Told the collection charges had 'changed' (I had them on screen in front of me), then reluctantly accepted that this WAS misleading and agreed free collection, but no idea what time of day item would arrive. 5. The call took 15 minutes, rather longer than the click of an Amazon button...... Looks like I'm not alone, reading other reviews. Very amateurish.

I go every two months to pick up my prescription, and there is a problem every time. There is usually a problem with the person in front of me as well. The person asks you how they can help, you ask for your prescription. They go to the back, then shout through, whats the address? The look around and get confused, then shout something at you from the back, your say pardon, they ask for your name, again, you shout through, they ask for your address again. Highly unprofessional.

I had a generally really good experience here. The No7 woman who was helping me was really knowledgeable but she seems just really disinterested. It was like she was bored of her job and taking it out on me. Otherwise a really good time.

I was offered a Benefit counter make-up demo by the lovely Amy in Belfast (Royal Avenue store). Amy took great pains to find me useful products to try and was fun to chat to about all kinds of subjects from bog snorkelling to under eye shadows, while she carefully took off my make-up and replaced it with a better Benefit version. So impressed with her professionalism and friendliness - it was a real treat and I'm using the eyelash primer I bought every day. Lots of tips and ideas too.

Jacquelina Frances Kennedy who works on The Clarin's counter in Brighton is the best Skincare Consultant l have had the pleasure to meet. She took onboard my skincare issues and recommended some fantastic products for me to work with. She also gave me facial which really helped with my circulation and used relevant products for my skin condition - l awoke the following day with glowing skin!!Thank You Jacquelina Frances Kennedy and Clarins!!!

I would to say how pleasant and helpful the staff at the Port Talbot branch of Boots are, , , after being sent into a panick myself around my eyesight, I was found and given a boots free eye test voucher, although there were none in store he had spotted one and seeing my need for one he was eager to help, ,
