TOTALLY exasperated by the incompetence & extremely poor customer service I have received from Boots.com.... Ordered 2 each of 3 items online as my local store doesn't stock 1 of the items (a Boots own brand item!) & always has poor stock levels of the other 2 items. 1 item was on a buy 1 get 1 half price. After my order was despatched I was sent an email to say they'd only sent 1 of the on offer item (I was therefore refunded the difference). I went to my local store to collect the other 5 items to find only 1 had been sent πŸ˜• The assistant very kindly contacted Boots.com on my behalf & I was assured that the other items had been reordered & would be on their way. I went a 2nd time to collect said order to find Boots.com had sent the same 1 item I had received the previous time 😟 Once again the assistant contacted Boots.com & asked them to reorder the missing items & also asked them to confirm 3, yes 3, times what items they were sending. Problem solved....you'd think so right?!? I received an email confirming despatch of only 2 of the missing 4 items!!! 😑 By this point I am seriously hacked off. I contact Boots.com myself & am told they might not be able to reorder the missing items as I've already had 2 reorders against my original order....Yes, I have!! But only through the complete incompetence of Boots.com staff!!! 🀬🀬 The reorder did go through. Today I have eventually received all of my order after having to order them 4 times & 3 trips into my local store!*?#@$! How difficult is it....I would hazard a guess at 'not at all!!' I DON'T recommend Boots.com & I very much doubt I'll use them again

I booked an appointment with Sophie at No7 in Guildford. She was lovely and friendly, very knowledgeable about the product and was not pushy at all. She let me try the mascaras so I was sure of my purchase and I bought the red one and two foundations in their great 3 for 2 deal. I have moved from Taunton where I also always had excellent service from the No7 ladies there and I have to say I really rate the company for customer service and their quality of products

I have shopped in Boots in Alloa Central Scotland for many years and was lucky to work with them for 3 months, the Staff here are exceptional they genuinely care about their customers and each other,they work extremely hard and treat every customer with compassion can’t say enough about them well worth a visit

Following problems with online shopping, on the 7th September, Gaby in the Beauty Department helped me to sort out my issues! Then on 14th September I returned to store to complete my purchases!! Gaby and then Tracey, were highly experienced, knowledgeable re: products, extremely professional, patient and service with a smile! All of which turned, my previous unpleasant on-line shopping situation, into a very pleasant experience in-store! I feel that Gaby and Tracey deserve recognition for their outstanding Customer Service! The manageress was also very friendly and helpful, not sure of her name, slim, blonde and attractive!! These lovely ladies are an absolute credit to Boots!!

I went there to buy sunglasses with prescription but the assistant was clearly not inclined to any customer service. She did not anything to understand my needs but the opposite she sent me away in a very bad and frustrated mood. This was the Oxford Street branch the big one closed to Bond Street . Don't go there.

Ordered from boots and they did not send my full order but still took payments for items I did not receive will be phoning customer services and complaining ... Will not buy anything from them in the future

I made a click and collect order which I was unable to collect. The t & c s promise a refund after 14 days. A month later I tried to get this, several e mails went unanswered except for an automated response. Then I was asked to resend all the order details I had given in the email. After 2 weeks of this I phoned boots.com. It took 3 minutes to get past the "data protection spiel" but then a very nice man sorted it out and an e mail confirming the refund arrived in minutes. If running an on line company, get the on line communication working.

Ordered online 12 bags size 6 pampers nappies. Order was confirmed but received email next day saying order cancelled no reason given.

My order was cancelled and when I asked them for the reason they were not able to tell why!!! I guess its because they were offering 21points for spent Β£1. So they make point offers but don't give them cancelling orders. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I visited my local Boots store in Dover on Friday 7th September 2018! I was greeted with a smile from, Gaby, wearing her black Boots uniform! I feel that Gaby deserves recognition from Boots for her amazing Customer Service! Gaby is a credit to Boots and I always seek her help, as do my friends. She provides unbelievable care and attention to customers, patient, understanding, professional yet friendly too! I made a large purchase for Christmas, Gaby sorted everything out for me and she even packed my bags, so that the weight of each was approximately the same, to ease carrying! I cannot praise her enough and I'll definitely make all large Christmas purchases in-store with Gaby, rather than online!!

Visiting Boots in Broadmead Bristol on 7th September to buy perfume, an assistant called Lisa took my payment. How welcome it was, to be treated with courtesy and a lovely smile such as Lisa gave me!

I visited my local store on Friday 24th August at approx. 18:30. I was going on holiday the following morning and was hoping to make a last minute birthday purchase for my sister. The product I wanted wasn't stocked locally and so had to be ordered in. I resigned myself to the fact I'd have to collect after my holiday (my own fault for leaving it to the last minute) having been told that collections were available after midday. However I received a text message at 07:30 the following morning advising it had arrived in store. Superbly, efficient service and the in store assistant was also very helpful and professional. Really pleased - thankyou!

The purchase from this company were blushes from Sleek. They were on offer at "Buy one, get the other half price". The blushes were amazing, and highly pigmented, and looked great on my medium South Asian skin tone! Not only was the offer great, but so was the ease of click and collect delivery to my local boots store.
