“My hearing test and subsequent fitting of hearing aids was with Mr Shah at the Boots Hearing Care centre in Yardley. I found Mr Shah to be hugely informative , clearly explaining what was happening every step of the way. I was therefore quite prepared for the early days of wearing my new aids and quite quickly became accustomed to them. It has been transformative and made me realise how much I was loosing. His patience and natural good humour made this journey, which I was initially reluctant to make, so very much easier. Have just had my second fitting with an appointment in 12 months time for a further check. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. “Am appalled at the service from Wimbledon Branch of Boots hearing, Appt. changed by letter (which arrived the day after appt). new appt cancelled by phone day before appt. and so it goes on. PLEASE do not blame covid. Possibly shortage of staff. Impossible to get through on the telephone to local branch. I could go on...I suspect, like most companies that out source, the standards drop dramatically!
