“I tried the hearing aids and didn’t like them. I returned them over 3 months ago and still haven’t received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I guess it’s time to call Solve it 7 and get this on the news!!!! I’m filing a bad review with the Better Business Bureau.”
“Don’t buy from boss. All you will get is excuses. No product. I ordered over a month ago after two three texts they told me supply issues and they woul upgrade me to a better product they had in stock . Never received them . I ask for a refund they said they couldn’t do that because my order was in getting ready to ship. Never received ! No product No refund. Filing a complaint with my credit card company to reverse the charge. This company maybe an internet scam .”

Then was offered an upgrade at no extra cost on April 2nd was told it would be sent this past weekend or first part of the week. So I sent it back and they promised me a better, upgraded, more current device, which never arrived. I’ve requested a refund and they’re giving me the run around.”
“I ordered Hearing Aids for my father who is dying of cancer and wants to be able to have conversations with loved ones, over a month ago (Feb27th) 5-7 business days you would have a tracking number they said. WELL I DIDN'T AND STILL DON'T! When I send them emails about the issue I get they are on back order but we have a upgraded pair for a little more money!!!! What really you can't send what I paid for even though was never told you didn't have any in stock. Now all they say is back order. How about you take them off the site till you get caught up and make right with all the people feeling scammed. Bad business!!!”

Called cust service I know I am pass the 45 day return policy, I was told I have to send them back before they would send me a new set. This could take up to 4 weeks, so now I am without hearing for a month, TERRIBLE Customer service, why can’t they send me a new set now and send back defective product when I get the return label.”
