“I have tried to cancel with no success. Have requested credit back to credit card. No results. I have imformed BBB and credit card of efforts to resolve problem. Doubt if will do any good. I strongly suggest no one uses this company as they are SCAM. Beware!”
“I ordered hearing aids from Bossa. I got them in a reasonable amount of time. The volume could not be adjusted upon arrival. We left a bad review they contacted us. Bossa said if we removed the bad review they would send us another pair of hearing aids. We removed the review and we received the new hearing aids with a new warranty (Their website gives a year warranty so no requirement to remove bad review should of been given). One of these new hearing aids quit working within 2 month. Again, we contacted them, they said it was under warranty. They required us to return the hearing aid that didn't work. We did and they received it April 12, 2024. Six weeks later we still have not received anything. When we call they tell us it is going to shipment soon.”
“The quality of these hearing aids is very poor, they are basically like sticking an uncomfortable amplifier in your ear. They do not honor their return policy , I’ve been waiting Seven months for a refund. Beware”

“I was fooled by a website that said that their hearing aids were number two in the country. It was a sponsored ad. I ordered $89 hearing aids with the assumption I had a 100 day return policy. I was well within my 100 days and won't behold the company tells me it was only 45 days even though it's all over their website. It was in there advertisements online and I have screenshots of it.
It took me 2 months to receive my hearing aids. I had to message them six times asking them for updates. Why would you advertise you have something for sale and that you would receive it within five to seven business days and then you don't? Nobody does this.
So I'm screwed because I have these HEARING ENHANCEMENTS that makes everything super loud but doesn't allow you to do all the other things you kind of really need with a hearing aid such as filtering background noise. They're horrendous. They took me a long time to get used to which I guess is normal for hearing aids but I'm completely right now you get what you pay for. This company is useless”
