“Ordered on the 9/16. the only email I received was that my order had been received. According to the website it would take 8-12 days in the US. I never got another email. I went on their "chat" and inquired about my order. I was told it had not left the warehouse yet but it was in "priority" state. I still did not receive any email so two days later I inquired again through chat. Was told the same. Finally received an email on 9/26 that it was "being Prepared" That same day another email that it has been sent. The last email stated I can expect it on 10/3. Seventeen days later I guess I can expect it. I hope it is worth the wait. I could certainly understand if this was something I ordered out of the US but they are located in the US.”
“The aid did not fit and hurt my ears. I returned them and am awaiting my refund. They have a 45 day return policy and the people seem to be very helpful. I'm just sorry that they did not fit.”
“When the hearing aides are turned up there is way too much background noise like it is amplified. When they are turned down they don’t make much difference in my ability to hear better. There is really no control button as it’s too high or almost too low. Anything in between there is too much interference”
“My hearing loss is not profound but was becoming noticeable to others. It took me a couple weeks to learn and adjust to them, but I wore them all day yesterday at a party and found them to be very helpful, and comfortable. Well worth the cost”
“I have not received them yet. They are expected to arrive on Oct. 3rd which is a fast delivery. I was told it would be 8 to 12 business days before I got them but I received a notice they would be here a lot sooner. I am excited to get them because I know they will be just what I need. How do I know this? Because I said that God would provide and He did because of the circumstances of how they were ordered and that's another story to be told later. “You indicated that these would be small, they are not small. The ear buds are too large and make it seem that I have a head cold. I do like the hearing ability but they are definitely too large!”
“These are still too big for my ears. They don't fit into the ear canal as they should even with the smallest attachment and they are just too big for my ear and make my ear hurt. I was really hoping that they would work for me. Sorry I have to send them back.”

They are not as small as advertised and with the smallest ear buds are difficult for my ears.”

“My purchase experience was just fine. WE tried the hearing aids for a short while but they did not work
for my wife. I'm sorry that was the case because I had hoped they would work. However,, I returned the aids for a refund and find that your company is very difficult to work with where a refund is requested.
You tell me the refind has been processed and tk wait up to two weeks for the credit card company to actuate the process. I have never waitred more then a few days with any other company to receive a refund. What is your problem?”
“The size is a plus. Not offering accessories you want a negative. Once you decide on the ear dome size you prefer you should be able to buy only them. They should offer open domes as an option. Sound is quite different and less clear compared to my in the canal current.”
