“I Ordered them on 1,23 24. They took my payment in full amedeitly. It is now 2 12 24 . The aid says 3 to 7 days still don't have them or no word. ,I Really should have read all the real reviews, and the bbb reports. VERY SUB SANDERS. I truly recommend not buying there products. Read all reviews first. Not the ones they show you on there page.”

“They are not hearing aids, they amplify back ground noise. The loud back ground noise makes it harder to hear what you're trying to hear. Then you send them back ,I've been waiting three months with no refund in sight. Don't waist your time. Spend your money somewhere else. All I hear from their customer service reps is that they’ve escalated my refund to request, but nothing ever happens. BEWARE of their terrible return process, so you’d better like them when you buy them, because you probably won’t see your money again if you try.”

Rep and Victoria Summer, Supervisor for Customer Service provided a complete run around by giving the WalMart answer when asked about my refund. "Sorry, that's not my department." When asked to speak with Finance Dept, was informed they do not have phones. Asked to speak with a manager, was informed I could email to the general email account to get anything done. Do not purchase from this company, this is a FRAUD and they steal your money.”

Received confirmation of delivery back to Bossa but can’t get a refund even after dozens of emails to Customer Service promising the finance department is working on it 🤨. “I couldn't wear the hearing aides. They kept falling out of my ears, the tips being too big. So, I called to see if I could get smaller tips. No, was my answer. so, I needed to return the hearing aides and asked for a refund. I still am waiting for the refund. Wore the hearing aides for 4 days and decided to return since it didn't work out for me. Sent them back on Nov 29, 2023 and company had receipt of them on Dec 5, 2023. This being Jan 9, 2024 is way more the 15 business days they say needed for processing a return.”

“I had a terrible experience and continue to have a terrible experience. I might have said that these are very basic amplifiers for ALL sound so if that's all you can afford, then buy them. However; you cannot hear anything while you eat, as the bone-transmitted noise from chewing overwhelms everything else. They are unattractive plugs in your ears. When I returned them, following all Bossa's instructions, I did not receive my refund for over 10 weeks. After having the BBB contact them, they issued me a refund...for $20. Not the ~$98 they owe, but $20!!!###@#! Oh yes, forgot; it took several follow-up communications to originally get them to ship the devices! STAY AWAY.”
