“After I received I tried all day on Friday to talk to someone in technical support and listened to music and punched 5 to get a call back. When I got a call back, it said to wait to talk to someone and then it switched to more music
This happened 4 times and then was asked to punch 5 for a call back but never got a call. Terrible customer support!!!!”
“It is very hard for get hold of anyone in your company. Five times I choose to not stay on the line and they said someone would call me back. When they called back they told me to stay on the line and someone would be with me shortly. The next thing I know I have a dial tone, they hung up. Once, twice but five times. This is inexcusable.”
“I am still trying to understand how to use them. This is the first time I ever tried to wear a hearing aid.

“Hearing quality is terrible. Too much echo of my own voice. Ear adapters are too large and could not get any of the supplied adapters to fit my ear canels. Very uncomfortable.”

“These aren't "hearing aids"...they are amplifiers. Sound quality is poor. A set of decent Apple earbuds are better. Tinny, fake sound. Doesn't really eliminate background noises, such as in restaurants. And after three days, the right aid stopped working already.
Then...to top it off, I was just about a week into the 45 day trial period. Got an authorization from Bossa Hearing to return the product for a refund. Well, here we are...they received the return because I have the USPS signed return...and four weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money back.
Avoid this product and this company at all cost. I've now got an open dispute with my credit card against Bossa Hearing.”

Returned them and have waited two months for my refund. I have not received it yet.”
