“Couldn't,t be happier, delivered to my works address within a couple of days, well packaged and all as described. Lenovo EZ NAS worked straight out of the box and Is much better than my old LaCie one.”

“Good range of products to choose from. Excellent service. Computer arrived only two minutes after the first time given out of the one hour time slot. Computer worked first time with no problems. Have allready recamended Box to friends and family. Will definetly use them again.”

“Pros: Quick delivery (I chose free option, 5 days, and it came in 1 day) What I expected - a powerful graphics card and a free game Easy to install - just swapped out old card, put this in, booted up, loaded driver from included disk, rebooted, and it worked very smoothly Cons: None Great purchase, well worth the money, reliable company!”

“Received an email 5 days after placing an order (Jan 10th) saying and I quote "Hopefully your order from Box Limited has arrived and you are satisfied with your products. If this is not the case then please contact us immediately and we will help in any way we can." Well, already contacted them within 48 hours of placing the order and receiving a "The order you placed at Box Limited is leaving our warehouse(s) today." on 7th January. Person on the other end of the line couldn't get any response from the warehouse to confirm or not whether the order had been dispatched or not. Not recommended.... Still not received goods”

“Found this gem of a website through google search for a new monitor. They were so much cheaper than everywhere else. So easy to use, quick transaction, loads of stock and great communications.. What more could you ask for. They also do free delivery option too, but it is with Hermes. So if hour order pay the extra £3 and have DPD or another courier delivery for you. Will definitely use again and again.. Keep up the good work”

“ordered item 29th Dec still awating. Comms Nogood - left phone number on EVERY email... no laptop charger so cant get on to laptop to chace tracking. a PERSONAL PHONE CALL FROM A HUMAM would have been nice. to feel as tho my custom was appreciated. i hve requested a call - or get item to me or CANCEL MY ORDER and i.ll order from an Ebay company where i had delivery with 24 hrs. 07926 060 007 is my number is you ARE BOTHERED ABOUT customer service. or at least tell me where my charger is??”

“The product was exactly what I was after and was delivered quickly and safely. I phoned Box to chase up the tracking details and they were very helpful and provided the information to me so I could track the order myself as it was with the courier. More than happy to use them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.”

“The ordering and the checkout process went smoothly. The order arrived on time. My only gripe would be the surcharge for using PayPal. Other than that good experience and will probably use box limited for future orders.”
