“I am a dedicated online buyer of almost everything - and have been for many years. Usually the service is superb but there are the occasional glitches. I ran into Box.co.uk via Play.com (that had been a wonderful place). Box.co.uk has given me quite the worst customer experience possible – absolutely the worst imaginable – just go anywhere else.”

“Bought a few items from box UK. The Gemini 9.7 I have is ideal for me and for the price was excellent. Quick delivery too. Its not a iPad and for the price wouldn't expect it to be but I'm pleased with it and if I have had any problems regarding anything from box UK they have acted quickly and efficiently and sorted them out. :-)”

“I wanted a big monitor and this is certainly that. The image is bright and easy to read - even in bright light. While it does not trouble me, the display is not as crisp as I expected but it is fine. Setting up is ok but all buttons are menu sensitive, which makes navigating the menus rather confusing and difficult. To my surprise, the easier connection was by HDMI - though there is a black border round the screen (even with overscan enabled). I'm conscious this all sounds rather negative but I am happy with the monitor and am pleased i chose it.”

“Waste of time. Product never booted up. Should have been tested before it was dispatched. Was made to feel like it was my fault when I asked for my money back. Wouldn't deal with them again.”

“I bought this Telefunken tablet because I'd rather spend more money on a budget tablet than buy a cheap Chinese brand that's reputably fragile. The item looked well built and solid enough to withstand even a minor accident. It looked a very good buy until I started struggling with the sound. The sound quality is pretty poor compared to my smartphone. When I contacted the seller, he said that the speakers are small and that I should buy an external speaker. I bought a blue tooth speaker but it's not working. I don't know which one is defective. If you want a tablet as an alternative to a laptop to browse the internet, this is a good buy. However if you want to watch movies or videos I don't think you would want to compromise on sound quality.”

“After initially purchasing my gem tablet I found it had a slight fault with the pixels .I contacted Box and was given instructions to download a prepaid sticker to return item free of charge and within 3 days a replacement was sent to me which I am still using and enjoying. I cannot praise the company enough and in the future if I require any more gadgets they would be high on my list of websites to go to. Yours Gary Milne”

“I bought MSI CX61 1TB, laptop upgraded memory to 16GB. 2GB dedicated. BOX Ltd.: Rating 5*/5.0 Accurate product description by BOX. Wonderfull customer service and communication. Fast delivery. The laptop: Rating 3.5/5.0 Although I may want to upgrade to yet a better performing workstation, as I am running Matlab, AutoCAD and Solidworks, sometimes at the same time and the laptop lacks preformamce for the purposes I needed, it is working fine for its capacity. Better than middle rated laptops.”
