“Good service. Product was as ordered and arrived on time. Paid extra for next day delivery. As they used DPD we could rely on delivery as they text & email you with a 1/2 hr slot before hand.”

“This is the first occasion I used Box.co.uk. Its one of the best on line company's I have used. Goods were best price and delivered on time. Their communications were second to none. I can not find any fault with this transaction from start to finish. From now on they are the first company I will look at for on line purchases. Well done Box.co.uk.”

“At last a local , bricks and mortar , real company with items in stock! After much time wasted elsewhere I'm so glad I found Box. The item was ordered and paid for quickly and simply online and , just as promised, it arrived, perfectly packed. first thing the next morning. Exceptional service deserves acknowledgement and, needless to say Box has the full 5 Stars Rating from us. As a result they will be our first port of call in future. “Very happy with quick dispatch of item, product arrived via Royal Mail with no damage, satisfied with the service. Had no problems with the product so far but guidelines to reporting issues are straightforward and comprehensive.”

“I placed an order on the basis that website said it would take 2 hours to process and would be available to collect. However, I had to wait 3 days for computer to deliver. I put a call in two calls to customer services. After the second one, my order was processed quickly The resolution to the problem means I would use again and would recommend - but only if nonurgency to getting delivery”

“Very quick and efficient between ordering and delivery of printer that I purchased. Emailed box.co.uk to ask a question about claiming an offer associated with product, the team were again very quick and responsive and the return email helped solved the matter for me. “I researched the right house alarm for me, found it, Yale telecommunicating easy fit, then went looking for the right price. I found Box.co.uk and to be honest was concerned as the price seemed too good to be true.... BUT I took a chance and ordered, I couldn't be happier, the product was delivered promptly to a collect point (so no delivery cost) and although they stuck a further 2% on for using my credit card, it was well worth it! Can't recommend high enough the product or Box.co.uk, in fact my friends are already hearing about it.”
