“Ordering: The processing was slightly slower than expected, took two days, whereas I assume a status of 'processing' means it is actually being done. Delivery: The delivery was not as expected, it was send using Yodel to a Collect+ point. I got a card from the Yodel driver saying: 'Delivered package wrongley to you, plese call [Yodel helpdesk]' (yes including those spelling errors). Which got me thinking: 1) I didn't get a package (wasn't meant to), 2) does this mean it IS at the store? Calling Yodel was not as bad as expected, although they couldn't tell me what I should do. Luckily they did give the number for Collect+ to get a code to release the package, because Yodel hadn't told Collect+ they delivered the package thus I wasn't send a code. In the end it took me an hour (calling, waiting, calling again, etc) to get the package whereas it could've been done in less than 5 minutes. Product: The monitor is brilliant, exactly what I needed. Conclusion: Box.co.uk should STOP using Yodel.”

“I have put a 3 star rating due to the product price which was the cheapest on the internet. The delivery service was anything but 3 star however. Admittedly I opted for the free 5 day delivery but as with other online retailers I expected this to be a maximum wait not a statement of fact. I ordered the item on a Wednesday morning, payment was taken on the following Friday and I then received a notification on the following Tuesday that item was being despatched. I finally got the item on the following Thursday after having to travel 15 miles to the sorting office to pick it up.”

“Did everything as indicated on your website. I was able to re-schedule the delivery by picking an option on the text message from DPD - vey efficient delivery service. I haven't tried to put the item together yet as it's a birthday present from my family for the 25th of this month, but I don't anticipate any problems.”
