“Great Joystick nice feel”

“Good product, fast delivery. Bought using the Epson voucher scheme, which has been painfully slow. I bought the printer 7 weeks ago and still haven't had my cash back. Even though a clearing agent has said it was paying into my account 5 days ago, STILL no sign. The cash back deal was my incentive to buy the product from Box, because otherwise it would be normal pricing.”

“I bought the coolermaster 240 sealed cpu water cooling system. It is fab. Overclocked to the max running games at maximum frame rate and temperature has got nowhere near the 105c maximum. Very impressed!”

“The original delivery was missing the 'free' tablet sleeve, one was despatched reasonably quickly though. The item itself was classified as 'open box', usually this means a simple customer return or similar, in reality it was clear the tablet was well used due to scuff marks etc on the back, simply describing it as 'used' would have been more accurate. Generally the tablet works fine with no major issues after I applied a software update but it originally froze up every few minutes indicating a lack of testing on the part of Box.co.uk All in all I would not buy from Box.co.uk in future but if you're happy to accept the risk of a few issues they do seem to have fairly good prices even if their ebay descriptions are somewhat lacking.”

“Terrible quality bought 3 as xmas presents. One was cracked when opened other two didnt even work! Very dissapointed kids xmas day no replacement avaliable after waiting two weeks for box to check problems with two and no replacement offered for cracked screen. Very bad customer service, passed around different departments. Would nit recommend to others at all!”
