“The service of your dilivery was spot on however the product was poor, got my item on time no problems there but item would not work and when I contacted the sales team for a refund they said I should send the item back for testing which I did and after two to three days they refunded me, the item was faulty. So from that service I have to say that although the item failed the service of box.Co.UK was brilliant.”

“Was delivered on date and time. Good service, I would use Box.co.uk again. Only thing is that the box for the graphics card was a bit battered and was torn somehow... But that might be due to the courier - who knows.”

“I bought 2 sets of Devolo1579 dLan200AVplus in November I No 715605. One of the units developed a fault and as instructed I returned it to you, the receipt of which you duly confirmed RMA R56274 and was told I would hear from you in 7 days. NO REPLY after 3weeks sent email 31 Jan again NO REPLY. Further email20 Feb still NO REPLY. It is a low value item but nevertheless I am sure you will agree that the the total lack of service is appalling. Under these circumstances I would not be able to recommend you as a supplier of equipment should I be asked. I do hope that even at this late stage you will be able to redeem the situation. “This company offered the Epson expression printer at the best price I could find so was a bit apprehensive about ordering but need not have been. Ordered this product on a Sunday and was delivered on the Tuesday. Very pleased with purchase and will order from this company again without any hesitation”
