“The products were reasonably priced and everything looked fairly professional. I placed an order here and several other places to get PC parts for a new build. My orders from everywhere else turned up within a day or two, but my parts from Box were marked to arrive a week after I'd ordered them. The afternoon prior to my marked delivery date I'd had no confirmation of dispatch so after emailing support to check it had been sent/was going to be sent for arrival the next day as said - I was told there was a, and I quote, "slight logistics issue" and no indication of time it would take. I replied asking for a timeframe as I would be looking for a refund and to purchase elsewhere, and that very evening I had a dispatch email for next day delivery. Can we say if this would have happened if I had not pestered to find out where my items were? Looking at other reviews with similar issues, I'd guess probably not. But we will never know for sure - and as such it has shaken any confidence in future purchases from Box, as the delivery is a snails pace. I will say, my delivery was smooth and my items well packed.”

“Regardless of price, If you purchase something and arrange a delivery date, every effort should be made for the item to arrive to the customer on that date. Constant emails about warehouse problems is not only disheartening but costly in the grand scheme of things. There is no reason for me to order anything from Box again after this experience.”

“Purchased a brand new TV from Box after 2 months developed a fault, they arranged for item to be returned via a Courier but since then we have had no confirmation it has arrived, no sign of a repair, replacement or refund despite sending lots of messages to Customer Care. Very poor response would certainly not be recommending this company and would advise anyone against using them. Seem great until you get a problem then don’t want to know and leave you fighting to get a refund. We will now be taking alternative action to get our money refunded and will inform Trading Standards of the issue.”

“Don't even bother. I placed an order of £1000 with them and they only told me they hadn't sent my order on the day it was due to be delivered, so I couldn't order from another retailer. I took days off of work, all for nothing.”

“We have been wanting a PS5 and new headset for a while and was really pleased to see Box had stock. Not only that you had a bundle with the ASUS TUF Gaming H3 Wireless Headset. We were really impressed with the speed of delivery and communication from you. The PS5 is awesome as is the headset, comfortable on the head. Great sound and good battery life. The best headset we've owned by far. Very happy”

“Bought several items from them 3 I returned to them and 2 they have denied receiving. Fought and got 1 refund but not the other. BEWARE THE SAME MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU MY 9YR OLD SON'S BIRTHDAY MONEY WAS USED HES NOT HAPPY. EVEN THO IT SHOWS BOX SIGNED FOR IT TOO THEY STILL DENY HAVING IT”

“really wanted a smooth delivery and I paid extra for the parcel to be delivered on the Friday before the weekend and unfortunately the parcel was not delivered on Friday. I informed about it by e-mail. The shipment arrived after the weekend ..... no one, even in response to my complaint about the lack of delivery, responded to the refund of the fee paid by me for the Friday delivery option.”
