“Box was damaged, as well as the case. Took a while to arrive but it was through a busy Christmas period.. Would have liked more protection for the product.”

“Everything was good apart from the delivery - I ordered next day delivery on the Monday at around 5:45. I then assumed the order would be processed and sent out on the Tuesday to the parcel carrier. I then assumed that on the Wednesday despite it being New Year's Eve it would arrive. Nothing. The same for new years day then i received it on the Friday. Would have preferred if it said something before.”

“Exactly the sort of monitors I needed and a fantastic price. They were swiftly dispatched, extremely well packed and shipped for free. I was notified by Box when they had been shipped out and what day they would arrive - brilliant. The courier used (DPD) was really good; they emailed me the delivery time first thing in the morning on the day and I was able to track the van's progress online almost in real time. The delivery was made bang on time by a cheerful, careful driver. Very, very impressed. There are a lot of courier companies out there that have a lot of catching up to do to reach this standard of service.”

“Brilliant customer service. Couldn't be happier. Box.co.uk will definitely become a preferred retailer for electrical and computing products - especially gaming. Good to know that there is a store as well as their website. Too many retailers these days don't provide that service. Look forward to visiting you in Birmingham sometime soon.”

“My Seagate HDD was a good price, well packed, shipped free under the Supersaver Delivery and was delivered well within the specified 5 days, even with New Year's day intervening. The item was trackable and I even had an email from Royal Mail to say when it would be delivered. The only niggle, for which I have deducted one star, was the surcharge added for Credit Card transactions. Most companies allow for credit card costs within their prices and give a discount for Debit Cards. It is annoying because it does not become obvious until well through the ordering process.”

“Still waitimg for a parcel i ordered on the 21st december. I paid nearly 4 pounds to recieve within 2 days and still waiting as of 2nd January. Had 1 email stating that they know i have not recieved it and they are opening an investigation to see what happened to the parcel, but i have still not recieved the parcel or a refund and no further communication to my emails. A very unhappy customer.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.”
