“Due to some strange and inexplicable misunderstanding within Box Ltd about Amazon "not clearing the order", (the initial explanation for which most unhelpfully said that "due to an unexpected delay....there has been a delay" - go figure?) there was an unnecessary two day delay in dispatch which I really could have done without. However, once Amazon got involved, the problem was resolved within the hour, and the laptop was dispatched with impressive rapidity and arrived safely next day via DPD. The laptop itself has worked flawlessly since I first plugged it in to charge the batteries and is living up to expectations in every way. Overall, an excellent service badly ruined by dreadful order handling.”

“There are literally not enough words to describe the experience i had. The service was fantastic. I ordered my laptop on the Wednesday night and received it on the Friday. Great service, great communication, fantastic laptop. Will definitely use in the future.”

“Genuine Kingston Datatraveler 64 GB R30G2 USB3.0 flash drive. Competitive price. Write performance on USB2 interface at around 22MB/s close to manufacturers claim for large files. As usual, performance for small files is significantly slower. Ordered from Box on Saturday, delivered Thursday using free delivery option. Would use again.”

“I find a surcharge for CC payment unreasonable. It is simple it is quick and it is to your advantage> Accept it as a sales cost and who knows you may increase your business. I seriously considered purchasing form elsewhere. My business would not consider being so petty when making a very valuable sale. I would have rated higher had you not been penny pinching.”

“Item Arrived when stated and was exactly as described. With a different order there was an issue where my item couldn't be guaranteed for next day delivery so the extremely helpful customer service team helped me resolve the issue and choose another product.”
