“Ordered relatively last-minute before Xmas, chose expedited build & delivery service, and the laptop arrived Xmas Eve. Excellent service, fantastic build quality, and great value. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I ordered most of the components for a new PC build from Box and unfortunately the motherboard had a fault when it arrived. This was very close to Christmas i was worried it would not make the big day and spoil everything. I emailed and called the customer support and there response was excellent. The motherboard was swapped on Christmas eve ... Well done ! I will return to buy from Box as you only know how good an internet seller is when they you have a problem. 5 stars from me and highly recommended.”

“The purchase was great. Paid with Paypal, it was quick and easy. I paid for next day delivery which cost me £9.98 which is a bit more than I was expecting but the product got to me on time. Overall there is nothing I can really fault. Can't comment on customer service because I didn't come into contact with any of their staff.”
