“I was skeptical after reading a number of bad reviews for BOX, however my experiences have been nothing less of perfect. It was very easy to order and the price was the lowest I had found by far! I received my package on the Monday after placing the order on Thursday, which for free delivery was great!”

“paid for next day delivery we new it would not come Tuesday because we missed Monday dead line, did not arrive until Thursday 10 pounds of my money wasted could of got item from anywhere in 3 days”

“Delivered a very well made custom PC. Opted for the fastest build option, received my PC early and well built. Cable management was very good inside the case. I would like to see additional updates during the build process, as from "order accepted" to "your product is ready for delivery" I had no idea how things were. I'd recommend to friends.”

“You find out what a company is like when you have an issue I have had two joysticks recently that had the same fault and have to say thanks to all the people at box that I spoke to over the last 4 months. At no point did I feel like I was getting the bums rush. My current return went like this wed 8th April - posted item back fri 10th April - item delivered to box Mon 13th April 1000 - item into test (can take a few days you have to accept that they have a pile of things to test every day and they dont work 24 hours) mon 13th April 1053 - tested and faulty I spoke to Daryl who arranged for a different joystick and I payed the difference Overall very friendly and helpful I have purchased from box many times and will continue to mainly on the experience ive had returning things has been probably the best of any web retailer i have dealt with. 10/10 box thank you for your help, much appreciated. scott.”

“I ordered a Mio Cyclo 505hc from box.co.uk after finding them to be the cheapest. I had read reviews about poor delivery & bad service but my personal experience couldn't have been better. I placed the order for the unit Tues morning, receiving clear information about cost & delivery options. I selected the free 5 day delivery and was amazed when the product arrived Wed afternoon! The product is exactly as described but I havent had a chance to use it as yet; however, that would be more of a product review than a comment on the service provided by box.co.uk. I would definitley order from them again.”
