“To even up this review I will say that their payment system is good and withdrawals are quick. HOWEVR, if like me you deposit thousands then this is definitely not the site to play. Their acknowledgement of VIP gamers is ZERO. I will give you my latest experience of this. Thursday I deposited and lost in excess of £4,000. I received ZERO free bonus, cash back, points etc, etc. I emailed them requesting something. I got a reply stating I could have a bonus of £25 !!!!! Definitely avoid unless you play small.”

“Very poor site! Been a member for over 2 years and I’ve had cash bonuses given to me on a one time basis and I mean one time basis. I deposit over £500 on that month and they give £5 cash bonus bit unfair I used to get £20 cash bonus but that’s changed and you never get casino bonuses anymore! The customer service is automated they say the same thing over and over again! Spoke to a agent called Allanah and asked if there was a cash bonus for her to say we don’t give free cash bonus outside of the promotions which is a total lie as I’ve had a few this year and why lie why say you don’t do them, when you clearly do. Think she needs a new job or one where she knows what she is actually on about. She actually made me laugh 😂 this site is a con site I’ve played on there plenty of times and I’ll deposit £50 in a day to walk away with nothing most of the time or may get a win of £30 and I cash out as I know there slots will just swallow my money! Beware”

“Visiting Boylesport shops is usually a pleasant experience for me but the extreme exception has got to be the Ballybane branch in Galway. Perhaps it’s the lure of curiosity in knowing whether the customer service has improved that takes me back there occasionally. Two weeks ago I spent half an hour in the shop and placed a number of bets. In that time neither of the representatives, one whom I believe to be the manager and the other a young man with a ring in his nose uttered a single word to me during my visit to the shop. Even thanking them after each bet I placed, was still not a catalyst for either of them to speak to me, give me eye contact or even acknowledge my presence in their shop. It’s little wonder that there are few customers accessing the place which presents a very poor image of Boylesport as a company”

“Boylesports offer an Online Sevice - Cashout !! They are either deliberately or incompetently suspending your option to avail of this service when your Football Accumulator is going well ?? There have been loads of complaints from other people about this problem and Boylesports Trading Department obviously are at fault !! Avoid.....”

“Boylesports casino Been with them for a good year now. Used to get free bonuses for the deposits made but for 3 months now there's been no bonus. Spent £100s in 3 months and get the same automated answer from live chat, sorry we appreciate your loyalty but there is no free bonus available at the moment and this has been said for the past 3 months. No deposit bonuses ever either. The site itself has gone down hill, the staff tell you the same answers. I find it hard to believe that after 3 months of depositing over £500 that there is no free bonus or free bets for there loyal customers. Also avoid poker at all costs, the system or people playing are part of boylesports team and the hands dealt are ridiculous. Always same people winning on the games, same people in the poker rooms.”

“I gave one star so I could proceed - I would give 0 stars if possible. App is terrible - slow, log in issues all the time. Boyles prices are always worse than obvious competitors - in just about every sport. They do not offer prices on a lot of the boxing fights unless its the top few fights on the night - even on those fights the options are low in comparison to the obvious competitors. The shops are lovely though, this is the only plus side.”

“Customer Service are severely under trained. All you get are copy and paste replies. They also offer replies within 24 hours that's nonsense I've waited upto a week on many occasions. Cash out is massively flawed. "Enhanced Offers" are massively false. For example if they offer a double at 2/1 instead of the price of 6/4 etc you can be sure if you manually input the double on a betslip it would've already been 2/1. Virtual racing is flawed when you win frequently they begin voiding wins and claiming technical error. They are also highly undertrained of Responsible Gambling. Prices are also lower than all competitor's and loyalty is never rewarded. The ACCA promotion (place 5 get 1 free) is also falsely advertised. Its place "Only one ACCA per day qualifies". So for example you could place 20 accas over 4 days and get nothing. This has been reported to the commision. Basically to summarise leaving Boylesports was the best bet I ever made. Literally all they are used for now is penny gambling when I can't be bothered walking to PaddyPower (Who make these guys look so so average)”
