“Joined this week to get the new customer offer an use it on Cheltenham. Since found the offers and prices are up there with the g big boys. I use sky and 365 aswell but will be using this for a good while now. Cash outs are a big downfall either suspended all the time or very low considering. Also takes a while to pay out unlike the bigger bookies bit overall very impressed so far.”

“There very polite and friendly.but I think they could be a bit faster asking u for account number and placing my bets.most times I have to repeat my acc number and then race eather off and I have to take sp or losing out on a price because of it whitch I think is very unfair to the customer in several cases me unfortunily. That's why I dident give the 5 stars.thank u.mr behan”

“Very poor site! Been a member for over 2 years and I’ve had cash bonuses given to me on a one time basis and I mean one time basis. I deposit over £500 on that month and they give £5 cash bonus bit unfair I used to get £20 cash bonus but that’s changed and you never get casino bonuses anymore! The customer service is automated they say the same thing over and over again! Spoke to a agent called Allanah and asked if there was a cash bonus for her to say we don’t give free cash bonus outside of the promotions which is a total lie as I’ve had a few this year and why lie why say you don’t do them, when you clearly do. Think she needs a new job or one where she knows what she is actually on about. She actually made me laugh 😂 this site is a con site I’ve played on there plenty of times and I’ll deposit £50 in a day to walk away with nothing most of the time or may get a win of £30 and I cash out as I know there slots will just swallow my money! Beware”

“Visiting Boylesport shops is usually a pleasant experience for me but the extreme exception has got to be the Ballybane branch in Galway. Perhaps it’s the lure of curiosity in knowing whether the customer service has improved that takes me back there occasionally. Two weeks ago I spent half an hour in the shop and placed a number of bets. In that time neither of the representatives, one whom I believe to be the manager and the other a young man with a ring in his nose uttered a single word to me during my visit to the shop. Even thanking them after each bet I placed, was still not a catalyst for either of them to speak to me, give me eye contact or even acknowledge my presence in their shop. It’s little wonder that there are few customers accessing the place which presents a very poor image of Boylesport as a company”

“Boylesports offer an Online Sevice - Cashout !! They are either deliberately or incompetently suspending your option to avail of this service when your Football Accumulator is going well ?? There have been loads of complaints from other people about this problem and Boylesports Trading Department obviously are at fault !! Avoid.....”

“Little to no free bets! No search engine! Poor odds! Customer service people, (who are polite and hard working,) have absolutely no leeway to make even the simplest of decisions. I could go on.... I won't!”
