“Read another review that started WOW ! WOW ! WOW! Couldn’t agree more. People in their area of expertise ( doctors, mechanics, tech savvies ) often tend to talk down to you. These people don’t. Trey on the phone, Aaron the technician and even the girl who put me on hold while she got Trey. Polite, helpful, informative, patient and respectful. A breath of fresh air. Fast, affordable service with great attitude. A rarity.”

“I have been using Brakes to Go since they started . I love everything about the business and they do a fantastic job at a very affordable price . They use the best brands and always stand behind their work . The convenience of them coming to my house/work makes it so much easier for me as well . They are great about being on time and when they come out and do the estimate, they are very transparent on what needs to be done. After the estimate they immediately get to work and get it done . I believe in this company , the founders and their staff. Great company and I recommend them highly .”

“Highly recommended! Easy to set-up the appointment. Great communication. Courteous. On time. Thorough walk-through at the car explaining work that was recommended with clear pricing (less than half of dealer price) before any work was done. No high-pressure sales. This is my 3rd time using BTG including their last trip out in which the tech told me and showed me that the pads on our other car had plenty of life left (after dealership told me I desperately needed new pads on the rear axle) and politely left, charging me nothing for the inspection. NOW THAT'S HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. These folks are my go to for brake work!!”

“I chose this company based on Yelp reviews and price. I often go straight to read negative reviews, and I appreciated the extensive effort to respond in detail to any negative review. It was an indication they care about their reputation and service enough to give them a try replacing my front pad and rotors. The process, communication, scheduling, and follow through was spot on. The technician (Jose) worked efficiently clearly based on his experience. I will say that I stood there and watched him from start to finish and was impressed with his attention to detail. This included both power and hand wire brushing, cleaning the studs, greasing the bolts, carefully semi-tightening the lug nuts in proper sequence before dropping the vehicle and torquing each nut to 80 foot pounds, and driving the vehicle to verify everything was good while setting the new pads. I would not hesitate using them for any future brake needs on our seven vehicles.”
