“Then customer service people have been pleasant but the delivery service by DPD is awful. The goods were due on friday. They could not find the house. They sent them to a shop ten miles away without my agreement. Brand Outlet have tried to sort it. We are at Tuesday and there is now words about when I will get the goods. I have generally steered clear of retailers using DPD, though one cannot know the delivery firm until the first bite. But once bitten....”

“I was expecting my order on the next day as I spent the required amount. However, my order did not arrive so I contacted customer service and after investigation it was discovered that my order had been cancelled for no reason. The operator then processed my order again only to find one of the items had sold out which was disappointing. I was then promised next day delivery which did happen and the offer of a 15% discount on a future order.
Overall not a totally satisfying experience.”
