“The product was great, really happy with the item! Unfortunately the delivery service, DPD were appalling. I requested to have the item delivered to a neighbour, which they ignored, and emailed me saying delivery had failed as no one was home. I rang and told them I had already informed them I wanted the parcel delivering to a neighbour, and that I needed the item that day. They told me they would try and receiver the item that day if possible. I did not hear from them again, so assumed they hadn't done so. I rang up the next day to ask when my parcel would be delivered and they informed me it had been rede liveried the previous day to one of my neighbours, they couldn't tell me which one, and hadn't emailed or put a card through the door to tell me this. They left hundreds of pounds worth of goods with a neighbour without informing me the item had been delivered, meaning I couldn't use the item for the event I had originally purchased it for. When I contacted them to try and make a complaint they said I should have kept ringing them to check it had been delivered, or just gone and tried all my neighbours incase one of them had it. I asked to make a complaint, which they refused to do. This is disgusting, and because of this I would not order from Brand Outlet again, which is a shame because the website itself and the item I received were perfect.”
