“Got a bargain on a Filson jacket that I’ve wanted for a long time. The criticism I’d make about the purchase however is that it was advertised as xxl and it was actually a size 52. Therefore it is absolutely huge. I can literally fit a north face nuptse jacket underneath. I’m hoping I can take the sleeves and sides in as much as possible because I do really want it. Even if it’s still ‘oversized’ It’s a gamble though because by the time I have enquired about alterations it’s likely that the 2 week return period will have elapsed.”
“All my items had to go back. For designer wear the cut wasn't very flattering. I wonder if this is why they are at a outlet because the shops couldn't sell them. Sorry Brand Outlet, but I was very disappointed.”

“Product was lovely but was described incorrectly so the first order had to be returned as it was too small. When I contacted customer service to raise this they basically told me I was wrong and then "as a goodwill gesture" "on this occasion" would grudgingly refund my postage. OK I got my postage refunded but it was inconvenient and annoying to return the large box. The description specifically said to select a size down from my normal size but when the boots arrived they were far too small. When I got my usual size they fit fine. An apology for the inconvenience at the very least wouldn't have gone amiss. Refund processed promptly and delivery etc good however.”
“Brand Outlet didn't make me happy. The boots I wanted were on the website but not actually available. The refund came quickly but I was already sent an email that the item was out for delivery. Seems that the communication systems in the company are not working properly.”
“Bought two pairs of excellent shoes made by Tricker's. Price was excellent - no complaints there. I do think packaging could have been more thorough, my box containing the two shoe boxes wasn't filled out quite properly and for a product weighing in at over 2kg a pair this needs to be looked into as you could potentially damage them in transit.
As I said however the shoes are excellent!!

“I ordered two items, but only one was sent. There were two items on the invoice but nothing to indicate when the second item would follow. When I contacted them I was told that there had been an error on the system that had allowed me to order an 'out of stock' item. This was extremely frustrating as it is not the first time that it has happened. On the plus side I love the item that did turn up, and the refund was processed very quickly.”
“The shop has good prices on cool fashion items though choice is a bit limited in my view.
Also, I was disspointed that they offered a 20% discount and that I had to try it several times over two days and reach out to their support team twice before it actually worked. On the bright side, Laila was very helpful in trying to help me.”
