“I ordered some trainers which arrived within 48 hours even though I ordered them over a bank holiday. Unfortunately, the trainers did not fit me very well and I called brandboudoir to ask if I could send them back and get an alternative pair which I had seen on their website. The staff that I spoke to were very helpful and explained to me the best way of doing this. I sent them back today and I am sure that my alternative pair will arrive just as promptly. My replacement trainers arrived within 48 hours of the other ones being sent back. They were perfect. All the staff have been so helpful.”

“Two pairs of Ash trainers were ordered before Xmas and one pair was a xmas present for my daughter. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and the goods arrived quickly . Thanks and i will definitely use you again.”

“Wrong trainers turned up when I had requested next day delivery (mix up of orders) then the correct pair couldn't arrive the next day as I specified. I then requested to change the delivery address due to the delays, this was confirmed and the trainers were still delivered to the incorrect address. I am now having to chase to hear back regarding a collection and full refund. Overall a terribly slow and shoddy service, would never use again when there are more efficient companies. I would appreciate a response regarding my refund rather than emailing me to leave a review...! Only reiterates the poor customer service....”

“Delivery was amazingly speedy. However I had never heard of brandboudoir and when I received an e mail, possibly telling me about delivery, I deleted it as spam. It would be a good idea to get your suppliers to mention your brand name as the delivery company so people are alerted to look out for the name!”

“Ordered ballerinas pump that turned out to be way to big (Watch out - they are oversized!!). Wrote to the customer service who's been super helpful - I sent them back and got another model in a smaller size that fitted perfectly :) thanks a lot. Delivery is very quick too (3 days). Also they did not charge me when they sent the new pair which was a relief!”
