“I paid for Branding Agency to do 2 logos and 2 websites. After their delivery due date came and went by over a month, they said the guy who initially promised completion of the projects didn't ask the right questions and we had to start over. I spoke with the manager who gave me a money-back guarantee to move forward and promised completion in another 2-4 weeks. MONTHS LATER... they keep giving me the run around. All I have seen are the Homepages with no test link or functionality for either website. I also only received one of the logos. They also called me at the end of the month to say they needed more money to complete the project. I have requested a full refund and if not received, will be reporting them to the BBB International. Bad Service. Promises that aren't kept. Not legit.”

“Branding Agency INC. handled my social media diligently, and helped me overcome hassles related to online customers. I am not very familiar with social media and how it works but Branding Agency INC. helped me tackle all the issue and be on top of my game. It was all thanks to my friend, I was able to get connected to Branding Agency INC. but the journey was not easy as a breeze. Due to bad weather conditions, my call did not get connected but following day it did. Mary helped me a lot and forwarded my call to social media team of Branding Agency INC. I also asked them to design a logo for my brand. Again, it was Mary who played pivotal role in entire process. I am really happy to see such a diligent staff under one roof. “I'm very disappointed with my experience with Branding Agency. They are difficult to work with and if you are on the East coast, you're really screwed. The time change makes it difficult. I asked for a logo to be created, and essentially I created it, which I could've done at home. Jerry was my case worker and her spoke over me, he was pushy, he gave no creative input, I DID ALL the revisions. Jerry and the experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. Never once was I offered a refund, which they guarantee !”

I would not lie; I was curious if they’ll fulfill all the requirements without compromising on any stage of my project or not. After all, no one wants any negative impact on their business.
