“I love most of the bras that I ordered, however when I went to return some that did not work, the website tells me that the order number is incorrect. I emailed to ask for some assistance and did not receive a response. I have 2 btas that I would like to return, but no way of doing that.”

“After being charged $12 for a return, I'm not that impressed with this bra. The material at the base of the cup bunches up and ends up outside of the cup. Supposed to help with moisture... that doesn't happen.”

“Two of the three bras I received were great; one was not so I had to return it. I didn’t like having to pay return shipping so unfortunately not be ordering through Brayola again. Bras are too difficult to buy on line without trying on, so paying return shipping is something I can’t accept.”

“UGH. I'm torn with this review. The bra's are SOO cute and they have a lot of potential but they don't seem to be made for bigger chested women. Their 42DDD(E) seem to fit more like 38DD. I hope they make bigger bras in the future!”

“The two bras I ordered were not what I had expected, so I returned them both. And that is fine. Sometimes you cannot tell what you are ordering online. However I am a little disappointed in the return process. My return was received on June 11 but I have yet to receive the refund and I have reached out to the support team and not heard anything back. Also, in this day and age of ordering everything online, it seems that one should not have to pay for the return shipping.”
