“I've bought a lot of your flags because I love the artwork. But they always wrap up around the pole. I even bought one of your poles. It is a shame when they can't be seen.”

“I placed my order and ended up getting two orders of the same items charged to different accounts. I really like the items but not sure how this happened. Service was prompt and at some point, I believe I will find family or friends who can use the extras.”

“The garden flags were great...but I accidently ordered a yard flag...so when i went to return it UPS said $30....the flag only cost $10.....disappointed they wouldnt pay for the return.”

“I got the Ohio State flag to fly on my flag pole. It is stiff and only reads on one side. I had been fairly happy with the garden type flags but this large one is not that great for a 26.00 flag.”

“I like the Home Depot and Lowe’s real Flags better. They included the hangers. Yours is too simple. Just like copy and printed it. Not I really want. So I will buy it from the Home Depot or Lowe’s. Thanks.”

“you were nice enough to send me a $5 coupon, and an email saying I had some frequent buyer credits of about 2$ approx...then I could not get the subsequent order to use both of them. So I am truly thinking this is not acceptable, and just another way to send out discounts. I am very disappointed that I could not use them together and feel unfair. I just have to be honest about it Your mailing is quick, I must say that.”
