“I recently purchased a led tree light from Brightech. When I received the box, I was puzzled by the box size. How could a tree light fit inside such a small box? When I opened the box, the tree light looked small and cheap. As I assembled the light, it started coming together. I plugged it in an wow, where were my sun glasses? The three light tree lamp, flooded the living room with a blast of light. I tested out the foot switch, unveiling three levels of light. What I like about the tree light, is it’s not bulky looking like older tree lights. It doesn’t over power the surrounding furniture. The three lights are adjustable to multiple position. I have it splashing off the ceiling normally, but I point one light down for reading. The only weird thing about the unit, is the foot switch. I attached the switch to the lamp base, to keep it in one spot, with double back tape. Even though the light has a contemporary, modern look, it fits in nicely with my log cabin home.”

“Ordered the Halo Split - Modern LED Torchiere Floor Lamp as a replacement for our halogen torchiere lamp. While it doesn't kick out the same brightness as the halogen (what does really?), it does provide a good bright light which works well in our office. The design is very modern, and I love that both halfs of the lamp top can be rotated independently - nice to adjust where the light goes and just looks cool in the meantime. Brightech was easy to order from and to track the shipment. I will definitely order from them in the future...”

“Very, very bad customer service. Placed order but had to change shipping address in order for lamp to arrive in time for Christmas. Instructed to cancel original order (done within 12 hours of placing original order) and place new order with changed shipping address. Assured original order was cancelled yet the lamp was delivered at original shipping address. Again assured original order was cancelled and not charged. NOT. Sent lamp back as instructed. Still billed for original, cancelled order. Especially frustrating because I got numerous emails from Brightech assuring order was cancelled and asking about customer service. NO, I am very, very dissatisfied with Brightech and DO NOT RECOMMEND because of the customer service. Will you print this review?”
