“Awful customer service and my package has been lost. Nobody has been able to help me receive my lights or even reorder a new set for me. Hoping they can be of more assistance because I really think their products are beautiful just not their service.”

“Perfect amount of arc to align with our table. Tip, a smaller light bulb (like the smaller LifX) decreases the amount of bright shine that comes out from under the shade.”

“The company is producing innovative lighting solutions. I ordered one of their lighting products and found it to be both highly adjustable in terms of the amount of light omitted from the floor lamp and the direction of the light. I purchased in for my office. It has both solved a lighting problem my office had and has brought a bit of style to the room. The only reason I gave the product four stars and not five is that despite it meeting my lighting needs, I'd like it for the strength of the light to be even stronger in the future and urge the company to continue to make improvements in this area. That said, I highly recommend this product to just about anyone seeking a lighting solution at an affordable price.”

“Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. I received my shipment and ended up not being able to even put it together because of the manufacturing. The base of the lamp had been poorly made to where I was unable to put the lamp together. Bright side - Customer service was able to order me a new base and pole to correct this. Hopefully the next time I receive this I will have a difference experience.”
