“Amazing quality lamps at great prices. I exchanged a more expensive lamp that was terribly built that I got in Wayfair for this. I'm stoked that I discovered Brightech and will go straight to them any time I need lamps in the future. If you're shopping around, no need to look anywhere else!”

“I like your mag. light with the flex neck. I own two of them but they have a couple of weak spots. first the power cord wraps around the light pole and put tension on the wire and plug into the lamp pole until it fails. second problem is where the light/nag. attaches to the flex arm is weak and cracks after prolong use. there fore only good rating,”

“The magnifying lamp was exactly as described. It's very helpful to my mom who has limited vision. It was easy to assemble for either floor or desk height, and the light brightness control feature is great. Shipment was VERY speedy!”

“Love the lamp! We have no overhead lighting in our living room and used to have 3 floor lamps to compensate. This wonderful lamp is bright enough to replace all 3! The touch button is SO great because my wrist gets bother by buttons that you have to push. The 3 brightness settings are so convenient. The material is slightly cheap looking on the top part but honestly for the price, it's a steal. I'd buy one for every room. We've also gotten a lot of compliments on it.”

“While the customer service has been great, the quality of the actual products is quite poor. For instance, I ordered the Carter desk lamp and once it was put together, you can clearly see that the entire lamp is crooked. The metal piece that attaches to the top of the wood is bent at a slight angle. It was produced that way. And you can't bend it to make it straight, so therefore the lamp shade also sits crooked. I like the look of the lamp, so I hopefully placed it in my living room at the proper position where the flaws show the least. I thought about returning it, but maybe they all came off the production line like that.”

“I bought two lamps several weeks ago. I emailed customer service bc I only received one. The rep just replied with a UPS tracking # and offered no other help. I finally get the second lamp this past week, well beyond the guaranteed delivery date. The bar of the lamp, which is easily 30 lbs, is dented and scratched. It's obvious this was a used/returned product, but I paid over $100 for this. Truly disappointing experience.”
