I think I just purchased my 3rd 5” center-section bag after TWO previous bags failed at EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE. On the top of the bag, just below the Brightline “B” logo, the seem between the logo and the zipper split open. PLEASE consider reinforcing this seam. It’s an expensive piece of gear, and shouldn’t fall apart so easily.

Very frustrated with the zippers both small compartments and separating section large zippers not working properly out of the bag new or breaking after only 4 months of use. Then shipping instructions on third order not followed at all in comments.

Very heavy, but not great quality. Doesn't feel durable.

Perhaps I picked the wrong configuration but compared to my old flight bag I find it generally less convenient. Specifically, as a relatively new pilot I still fly with a lot of paper material. The area that would fit is currently half occupied by my flight headset. Overall, it’s a well made bag that doesn’t quite fit my mission.

Very functional bag but not well made. My recent purchase was to replace parts of a bag that wore out. A year or so ago I had a 6 month old piece of the system wear out and this company refused to honor its warranty by claiming the bag was not being used as designed which clearly it was. If I hadn't already invested all the money in my initiial bag system I bough I would have never done any further business with this place. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, To bulky of a bag width wise in an Airbus. Used for one 3 day trip and then switched back to my old bag.

I ordered the B7 kit bag but when it arrived it was missing 4 of the items.

We investigated this and discovered that there were two orders (going to the UK) and the order of their arrival was reversed because Customs has delayed the package with the B7, including the "missing" items. We're following this process and will keep you informed. We see that you did get the other order that had two additional Center Sections.

Just bought same bag configuration I bought about 5 yrs ago. This bag is not built for commercial airline use. The feet need to be taller to keep the bag off the ground& eliminate dragging. The compartment zippers are terrible and fail to soon and too easy. The compartment zippers need to be the same grade as the zippers that attach the modules. Way too expensive for a bag that can’t perform at the airline level. The only reason for the repurchase was I love the organization.

Purchased bag. Right past the warranty the plastic zippers began to disintegrate. I would have to buy a new bag. Went back to luggage works. Would not recommend.
