I am on my 4th B4 bag since. Love it except the ooutside of the bottom needs more protection then just those little rubber tips. Otherwise great bag.

I asked for a bunch of pieces for Christmas and my birthday this year and unfortunately one of the tall center sections has a notch in the zipper so the zipper splits when you try to move it past that section. I submitted a request to the customer service since I’ve only had the bag for a month and the zipper was a problem on the first trip I took it out on and I’m waiting on the customer service to respond. I love the front cap and all the compartments. The flex array kit is awesome for organizing and I’ve ordered a second one. When you put the larger center section on it tends to spin on its side and is not very stable when on the wheel cart. Also when converted to a backpack it tends to lean and not sit very comfortably. Over all I love the concept and functionality but there is room for improvement.

Excellent phone service. A little bummed that the business card pouch disappeared as well as internal zippered pockets on the 4” disaster’s those were my favorite place to keep partial panel soap dish covers

Love my Brightline Bag However I have had to replace 2 back panels as they tend to drag and wear out when hanging off a larger suitcase type bag. Any sort of scuff plate fabric or mesh in these areas would hugely benefit improve the bags looks, functionality, and duration.

Very good bags with lots of options. Zippers are tge weak points.

Good product for pilots, particularly when on sale! Shipping is very slow unfortunately if you live on the East coast. Ordered 11/18, expected delivery 12/2!

The modularity of the system is fantastic. You can pack a lot into a very small space, and the system is designed to fit under an airline seat sideways (as long as you don’t have side pockets equipped). Upside: so many pockets… color coded zipper pulls are a nice touch. Multiple sections make it easy to organize things and grab only what’s necessary for any particular trip. I also really dig the passport pocket. Downsides: the front cap with the backpack straps is… not great, especially if you have a CS2-Tall section (which fits a 16” MacBook quite nicely) or multiple center sections - adjusting the straps to where it isn’t hanging halfway off your back is difficult, and when you get it snug on your back, you can’t remove it from your shoulder without undoing the strap buckles. And even then the bottom of the pack is riding just above the belt line and pinches. Needs a better lumbar cushion, and more padding in the straps. I expect that the primary clientele of pilots doesn’t use the pack straps very much, but us non-aviation users do, and this module needs some more design refinements. The main handle is robust and bulky, but not particularly well suited for carrying, as it’s not particularly ergonomic, and more intended for hanging off a luggage hook. Wishlist: - Velcro panels on the back pockets of the pocket cap, for name tapes, flair, morale patches, etc. - another pocket for glasses or the like on the upper back side of the tall CS2 - dividers for the CS2 and CS3 - small and well-hidden Velcro pocket inside the pocket cap for an AirTag. - a store at DFW that is accessible to the public and open on sundays!

The “Center” sections need bumpers on the bottom. Other than that they are great.

This is a replacement panel because I wore out the C3 panel. When it drags on the floor hanging by the J hook, it can't help but to come apart. I'm thinking I will make a metal skid plate for my Brightline bag, similar to a skid plate for my jeep.

So far I’m impressed with the build quality and functionality. Only recommendations I would make at this juncture are: 1. The standard height is a bit too short. I remedied by buying a CS2 ‘Tall’ for the things that won’t fit in my CS4 section, but it would be great if you had a CS4 tall as well. 2. Bigger side pockets - maybe I just need the Delta. 3. Simplify the pocket cap front. Deeper pockets and less little compartments and zippers on each pocket. But love the concept and look forward to seeing you evolve the product!

The concept of the bags is very unique and innovative. Quality seems top notch. They are a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The price is what’s keeping me from giving it 5 stars.

I like the bag. The modularity is so unique and super useful. As my needs have evolved, so has my bag. The only change I'd appreciate is toned down colors on the zipper pulls and the logo.

Well, smart and easy to use. I only suggest better quality troller, not comfy with your trolley.

Fast shipping, good quality bag. I have had zipper pulls break after 4 years of heavy use, but 200 days a year will put a toll on equipment.

Bag is amazing, only issue is that my handle didn't come with the snap connectors to attach it to the bag.

The only thing I’m missing on my compute bag is a bottle holder and the only one you offer doesn’t fit! Otherwise I’M IN LOVE with this bag!

I needed to replace the front pocket panel of my flight bag because the zippers failed. I still prefer the bag, since it’s lasted me about 6 years so far.
