“In using Brightside, I have found a better understanding of myself and my past. Dr. Cheryl in particular has been the most patient and helpful therapist in my journey!”
“In one month's time, I am a different person and working to form better habits and thought processes. Thank you, Brightside, for helping me be the best version of myself.”
“Brightside has been a turning point for my anxiety and depression. I have been able to not only talk through things but I was given lessons and resources to ensure I continued to work on myself in between sessions. I was able to get on the right medications and feel like and am better equipped to handle everything. I have messaged my therapist in off times and got immediate feedback. My therapist has been influential in my progress and healing. I would be where I am today without Brightside. I have recommended Brightside to friends family and hope they find the same level of care I have.”
“My providers with Brightside have been an essential part of my support team postpartum. They have been helpful, supportive and most importantly, caring.”
“Really convenient and it’s helped tremendously with my mental health. My therapist is great and so is the NP. They listen to how I’m feeling and my therapist has given me some great ways to cope when I feel overwhelmed. The only suggestion I’d have would be the ability to have longer sessions. Sometimes 30 minutes is fine but there are times when there’s a lot to deal with and it can feel abrupt.”
“I don’t feel like this is worth the amount of money it costs just to have a prescription written, the provider doesn’t really check in. You just pay 100$ to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy that will charge you 30$ to have it filled it’s all really frustrating and feels like a waste of money. If you’re looking for a way to spend money on something that doesn’t make a huge difference weather you get the script written in your doctors office or not here it is!”
“Although I have spoken to a representative and they were kind, I still am unable to make appointments with my doctor due to a glitch in the system . It hasn’t been fixed and hasn’t been followed up on. Also I found it extremely difficult to alter an appointment that has been made. The last time I spoke with the therapist I will end up paying over 4 dollars a minute and we discussed the problems with Brightside patient care for 15 minutes. I’m quickly losing hope in this system…and it’s too expensive.”
“I honestly think I lucked out, I have a great provider with Ann Rowe. Im sure all the therapists are great, but my sessions with her combined with my medication has made a huge difference for me.”
“Dr is great and medication is working but support staff and procedures are absolutely the worst ever. You can not get a hold of them by phone at all. So don't even try. When you contact them via email it takes days for a response if u get one at all.. Your also automatically charged every month even if u haven't seen your Dr yet. Brightside would be great if u didn't charge people u til they seen the doctor and fixed your customer care department to have them available by phone or even chat. I have unfortunately canceled my membership due to being billed unknowingly.. hopefully I can come back soon”
“I like Kristen my therapist. She is honest with me and does her best to direct me to work on my short-comings.
My doctor, Etka is responsive to my medicine needs as well.”
“Brightside and my incredible therapist and NP have helped me immensely! I haven't had insomnia in weeks which in turn has helped minimize my depression and anxiety. My Brightside experience has been life-changing for the better.”
“Four stars. I 've had some trouble with med shipment. I did feel communication was lacking from the shipping department but overall, I am happy with the service.”
“I have anxiety and anger issues to which don’t seem to be addressed in current therapy and medication. I seem to be a bit too much for your help. Also, you auto charged my account when I didn’t hit the funds and it impacted my family negatively. Survival is key currently, so I’m gonna have to shelve my treatment because one: it’s not comprehensive enough, and two, I can’t afford it if it isn’t addressing all my problems.”
