I tend to forget appointments so it’s very helpful. I also like how easy the website is to use. I was very hesitant for online therapy because I am not good with technology. I’ve had to wait up to 4 days before getting a response. I mean you’re in the business with mental health clients, you’d think there would be a sense of urgency to make sure we are actually getting the help we need. And not sitting and waiting for a glitch to get fixed before being able to see a practitioner.”
